Pros:

Espacioso y muy cómodo.

Cons:

Mucho tramo del elevador al cuarto. La puerta del estacionamiento al hotel se tenía que quedar abierta porque no funcionaba la cerradura (algo inseguro)

Ok place to stay , breakfast was cheap , room was nice, freeway traffic nose made it hard to get a goodnights sleep

Close to where we needed to be next morning

Cons:

Room was nice but the freeway traffic nose was horrible,and couldn’t get a good nights sleep, will ask for room next time that’s into on freeway side , Breakfast wasn’t so great either

It was a nice stay. Very quiet environment.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the check-in experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making the process smooth and pleasant. I also like the breakfast option.

Cons:

It appeared that one of the residents may have had a dog, as I noticed some dry dog food on the hallway floor. It was there for a few hours.

Pros:

Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Чистые, просторные номера. Бассейн чистый. Уборка производилась каждый день. В номере имеется кухня со всеми принадлежностями. Завтраки норм. Мне всё понравилось.

We were in town on business. Did not spend a lot of time in the room. I was expecting something a good deal nicer.
Pros:

Dated decor, front desk would not respond to two visits about unknown water on the floor and carpet. I was expecting stains on the carpet going into our room. I think things were clean, but just heavily used. Disappointment from Hyatt

We spent most of our time out and about, but our rooms were a welcome area to rest in between - couldn’t hear our neighb
Pros:

Property was easy to find and easy to get out of. The pool area was nice, nothing fancy. The gated garage was a plus. Having to pay $30+tax a night for parking was not. Overall the building was nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Having dishes and a microwave was convenient.

Cons:

The carpets need to be cleaned desperately. My 6 month old had dark stains on his knees after being put down for 10 mins. There were splatter stains on the bedroom wall behind the curtain, pull out bed linen was stained and had hair on it. The repairs done to damage from previous guests was shabby work, made the room look more run down/low quality. The fridge opens into the kitchen and it is tricky to access the inside of the fridge. Those breakfast potatoes tasted like reheated McDonald’s fries. Either ditch them altogether or make them fresh (I suspect they’re frozen).

I would stay at this hotel again for sure. Very clean, great location, beautiful pool.
Pros:

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Location - excellent.

Cons:

Staff at check-in were good, but I guess in Texas I expect southern hospitality - more friendly.

Great Hotel Near SMU
Pros:
