Cons:

My room was in newly renovated wing. Cigarette smoke in hall of building. No power to fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer. Mirror over sink had ghastly lighting. No overhead light.

I do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Rod was super supportive and provided great customer service.

Cons:

No maintenance available for emergencies as our toilet overflowed, the buffet charge for breakfast, and the dry air in the room. We are having upper respiratory symptoms after staying at that hotel. The pool also does not seem well maintained.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, la situation géographique parfaite mais il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour se rendre dans le centre ville. Les chambres sont grandes et l'hotel est au milieu d'un quartier arboré avec quelques restaurants sympas et agréables.

le ménage n'est pas fait régulièrement ni entièrement même si on le demande

Your ficility stole money from me and accused me of smoking in the room and we didn't

Great value, friendly staff
Pros:

I was in the area to get some work done on my motorcycle. The hotel was walking distance to the shop and near several restaurants (I recommend the Thirsty Lion). It is also a very short drive to Beaverton and Portland. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

the facility looked nice, but we were not there long enough to take in or actually use any of the "amenities", nor would I trust that they were hygenic

Cons:

the room was actually filthy. the floors were sticky and when wiped with their white towels, the towels were black.
the hair dryer handle was also very sticky, so definitely not cleaned. the curtains has small holes in them. the fridge was in a box, that during the night sounded like an alarm, so sleep was far from ideal. i would not choose to stay here again. one more thing, half the lights in the room were offline and would not work

Cons:

The mini-refrigerator froze everything no matter where it was located in the refrigerator.
About every other flush of the water closet, the lid had to be removed from the tank, and the flush mechanism had to be reset to fill the tank.

Overall good. I would come back once it’s clean and there’s no construction.
Pros:

Good location. Great room. Great bed and TV.

Cons:

Lobby was dirty, although there was construction going on. Plates and cutlery were dirty for breakfast. I had to go back to find cutlery and plates that didn’t have food still on them after we picked them out of the clean cutlery dispenser. Hallway had spilled food in it - staff seemed totally unaware and need to be more mature and professional.

In spite of the renovation the new rooms were nice and updated.
