.I stayed at Hotel San Francisco León in July during a vacation. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It's incredibly convenient, close to tourist attractions, with a bus stop right across the street, a pharmacy next door, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable and were honestly the highlight of my stay. The hotel itself has a lot of potential because of its location and size, but unfortunately, it feels neglected and poorly maintained.

The room and common areas were not very clean. The shower had significant mineral buildup, the windows were dirty, the AC unit was full of dust, and the carpets felt old and damp. The bathtub was also dirty. In addition, the towels and sheets had holes in them, and both the window and its lock were broken, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. These issues gave the impression that upkeep is not a priority.

The amenities were disappointing.The pool was dirty and slimy, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable, and the TV remote did not work at all, making it impossible to use the television comfortably. Another inconvenience was the lack of a mini fridge, which can be a problem for travelers who need to store temperature-sensitive medications.

Customer service was mixed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but the front desk staff seemed uninterested and often appeared annoyed when asked questions. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and courteous throughout my stay.

In terms of value, the price was acceptable for the area, but a bit expensive considering the condition of the property. You only receive one room key, which can also be inconvenient.

Overall, I would only stay here again because of the location. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Future guests should know that you truly get what you pay for.
