Traumhaftes Spa
Pros:

Das Personal war auffallend angenehm und sehr gut ausgebildet. Gerne wieder, aber auf höchstem preislichen Niveau.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr verwinkelt weil über die Jahre wohl mehrere Häuser zusammengekauft wurden. Die Beschilderung zum Restaurant und der Reception fehlt an einigen Stellen. Für mich mit 78 Jahren etwas verwirrend. Da brauche ich mehr als eine Übernachtung um durchzublicken.

Overprijsde Weinstube met veel te dure kleine porties.
We waren nog niet eens in het Michelin restaurant. 76€ betaald voor 2 kleine taaie sole meunières als hoofdgerecht : 2x voorgerecht 38€ aangerekend hiervoor. Dat is er over en zeker voor een Weinstube. Hotel is geen 5 sterren waard, max 4.

The breakfast was great.
Gym great.
Water station and fruit at entrance was lovely.

Cons:

The room was a little dated. I booked a double bed and got a single duvet. For a 5* hotel this is very poor.
The wardrobes were short, so my dresses fouled on the floor.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war überragend, der Service ebenso, Ettlingen ein knuffiges Städtchen, Zimmer etwas abgerockt sowie die Einrichtung generell, charmant statt elegant , dafür ist dass Personal zuvorkommend und sehr sehr nett, gut geschult, würde Ich jederzeit über seelenlose 5 Sterne Perfektion bevorzugen , vielen Dank

Es ist wie es ist , tolle Spa , Zimmer in Ordnung im gutbürgerlichen Sinn, Ohne Allüren würde jederzeit wieder buchen

Außergewöhnlicher toller Aufenthalt

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage sehr zentral. Es stehen ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung und das Zimmer war wunderschön und geräumig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr vielfältig.

Goed restaurant en gezellig eten in de tuin omdat het prachtig weer was.

Cons:

Ligging aan het spoor. Kamers met zicht op binnenplein wat er zeer armoedig uit ziet. Groot gebrek aan onderhoud aan de buitenzijde! Dat zie je bij het hele Hotel wel Past toch niet bij een tent met zoveel sterren

Awesome hotel!!
Pros:

This hotel is highly recommended by. It may look somewhat dated on the outside but it is very well maintained. The staff takes the extra mile to provide service. The breakfast room and terrace is beautiful. Many choices for breakfast. The room and shower is just great. Not very large (the bathroom is though) but very well decorated and nice furniture. If you need to be in the area, book this hotel.
