Gutes Hotel mit schönem Saunabereich aber offener Zigarrenbar was das durchweg eher konservative Publikum aber vielleich

Sehr! Gutes Frühstück. Hast keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Komfortables modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Absolutes no-go: komplett zum Rest der anderen Bereiche offene Zigarrenbar! Es hat selbst im deutlich kleineren anderen Aufenthaltsraum nach Zigarrenrauch gestunken. Abends noch an der Bar oder in der Lounge sitzen damit unmöglich. Die Sauna ist schön und deutlich textilfrei markiert. Daran halten sich nur viele nicht, was es sehr unangenehm macht wenn man selber unbekleidet ist. Ruheliegen vorhanden aber nicht so viele. Waren alle! während meiner zwei Stunden und auch als ich abends wieder kam mit Handtüchern belegt, die wenigste Zeit aber mit Menschen. Da sollte von Zeit zu Zeit das Personal durchgehen und abräumen wenn offensichtlich niemand mehr dort liegt

Wir werden gerne wieder kommen
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen .. Fußläufig waren viele Restaurants und Bars zu erreichen .Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Einzig die direkt neben dem Hotel befindliche S-Bahn Stadion war etwas laut .Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber kein Problem.

Nice stay
Pros:

Spa, pool, staff and food were incredibly good

Cons:

My room was quite outdated and old carpets and bed head smelled a bit. Rooms like these could do with a renovation. Not up to the standards of the rest of the structure.

Cons:

Die Arbeitsleistung des Restaurantspersonal. Die waren sehr freundlich aber sehr langsam. Es hat Alles ewig lang gedauert. Bei Kaffeebestellung habe ich 15 min gewartet. Das Restaurant war zu der Zeit zu 1/4 belegt...Am Morgen haben wir auch lange gewartet bis eine der Bedienungen zu uns am Tisch kam.

Convenable, mais trop cher
Pros:

L’hôtel est très joli, la chambre était spacieuse et tres bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner très varié avec des plages horaires assez larges et tardives (comptez 17€ le petit déjeuner)
La literie est très confortable.

Cons:

Il est presque choquant de constater qu’un hôtel de ce niveau là ne dispose pas de système de climatisation dans ses chambres… nous avons séjourné un beau week end de mai avec des températures autour de 30 degrés, nous avons eu très chauds dans la chambre et notre seule solution était de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec donc la lumière… je ne recommande pas cet établissement en période estivale vous dormirez très mal.
Petit supplément pour le Check out, la personne à l’accueil me donne la note de fin à régler (dont le parking 18€ par jour), à laquelle elle ajoute à nouveau les nuitées du séjour que nous avions déjà payé par booking. Lorsque je lui dis que c’est déjà réglé, elle me soutient que non, je suis obligée de lui montrer l’application et elle me rétorque « c’est mon manager qui va voir ». Bref il constate que tout est en ordre, elle me détend le TPE avec le bon montant sans même s’excuser du désagrément… la scène était gênante et déplacée. Nous avions l’impression de déranger.
Malheureusement pour ces deux points, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Das Frühstück war ein Erlebnis, so eine Auswahl hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotel

Cons:

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer direkt gegenüber an der Bahn. Würde dieses Hotel nicht direkt in der Innenstadt sein, sondern mehr grün drum herum, würde ich 20 Punkte vergeben
