Close to UAMS that reason why ,for liver and kidney friendly facilities and room are clean. Their no bugs like first hotel

Pros:

Bien accueilli, grande chambre et salle de bain, machine à café et coffre fort dans la chambre, confortable.

Cons:

Malheureusement l'ascenseur est tombé en panne, alors oui cela peut arriver, mais mettez au moins une note sur chaque étage et expliquer par où sortir, j' ai voulu sortir par les escaliers de secours mais je n' ai pas osé pousser la porte du 1er étage car elle était sous alarme, alors qu'il fallait passer par les escaliers de secours de l'autre côté de l'étage.
Pour le petit déjeuner, il n'y avait plus de muffins, sachets de porridge et yaourts à 8h30, il a fallu demander pour en avoir.

Convenient location and decent price
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom. Easy to understand and manipulate temperature controls and was able to turn on constant fan for white noise to tune out interstate highway noise.

Cons:

I think the carpet and the chairs in the room could have been of higher quality

Nice, cozy suite and great parking!
Pros:

I loved that parking was free, and that there was an underground parking area with an elevator so that you could go straight from your floor to the garage. I loved the room, the couch was massive and the suite was so comfortable and cozy, you absolutely get your money’s worth! The pool was awesome, and the views of the city were superb. The free breakfast was also pretty good! Lastly, Ashley at the front desk was the sweetest and most professional employee!

Cons:

The bathtub didn’t drain very well so it filled up the bath while we showered. The hallways weren’t the cleanest and there were a lot of stains on the carpet, and an elevator was down the whole weekend so it was moving pretty slow. The bed was realllllly firm, not unbearably so, but I’d keep it in mind if you have back issues. Also, the basement and its elevator lobby smelled terrible, not sure if it’s just because it’s so low or what but it was bad lol

We had a great stay. The staff was great and very helpful. The lady who checked me in was very helpf
Pros:

Breakfast was great the first morning. Second morning could have put out a little more. On 2nd day we went down at7:30 and had hardly anything left then at 830 and there was nothing left. The staff was still helpful. We did get something to eat.

Cons:

The water coming out of faucet smelled too strongly of chlorine. Not sure who stocks the drink machine on 3rd floor but we wanted a bottle water, pressed water button got a sprite. We were able to get water from the breakfast area.

Overall our stay was good! The breakfast was great! This makes our 4th stay at this location..
Pros:

Always clean& and the staff is always very nice!

Cons:

Our first suite we had was very hot!! Our 2nd night we asked to be moved to a different one& with any hesitation we were move.. I think the suites just need more than 1 vent in the bedroom!
