Front desk give you a bottle of water that was nice .
Infusion water that be out Front
Need to bring back the shuttle to the airport. At one point they even use to drop you downtown. This had me coming back for years

The front desk staff was great. Check in was very busy due to a concert but they handled it well and remained professional and kind.
The person running breakfast very much made the entire room feel like an inconvenience. Breakfast ended at 10:00 but by 9:30 she had the coffee unplugged and started removing items. She took the cereal and toast bins. Did not refill the yogurt, (fruit if there was any?) or condiments when emptied. She brought out a plastic cup of waffle batter for a line of people waiting in line. I understand not refilling and removing things at 10:00 but in a congested breakfast area she was removing things while we were waiting in line to eat.

The staff we helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and reasonably priced.
The hotel is dated. The breakfast didn’t have syrup for the waffles and ran out of ketchup.
The suite was spacious. Kids had their own tv.

They served a full spread hot breakfast , not just your usual dry cereal and a bagel.
Right away I noticed they had a pool that was nice but didn’t like that there was absolutely no shade at all, they could atleast have umbrellas out for a little relief. I did not like that the maintenance guy was dumping large amounts of chlorine in the pool while there were about a dozen kids swimming in it. Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I found a cherry stem in the bathroom floor and trash behind the tv on the dresser. There were a couple small blood stains on our comforter. The tv wasn’t working properly, someone had adjusted the color tone so everything was blue and hard to see. The settings were password protected so I couldn’t correct it myself. I called the desk and was told someone would be right up to help but nobody came. I called a second time and was assured a tech was on their way but they never showed up. I liked that they had ice and vending on all the floors but I spent all night riding the elevator looking for a machine that was stocked and actually worked. If you’re just passing through and need a reasonably priced spot to lay your head for a few hours then this is your place but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than that.
