Breakfast area was spacious, hot and cold options, good location, felt safe area, public transport nearby

The room was huge! A walk in closet, wonderful bathroom, sitting area, computer desk, and fabulous kitchenette!
Most of the staff was very nice and courteous. A couple, not so much.
Clean and large rooms
The staff was friendly and the hotel was in an easy accessible, nice location. We were able to check in and out easily and the parking garage entrance and exit was near the elevators so you didn't have to walk far. There is also ice cream available for purchase in the lobby which was a plus.
We booked a room with a king bed, as it was just me and my spouse staying a weekend in Dallas, but when we arrived the only room available was two double beds.
Bathroom was a bit dirty from rust and such

Sijainti on hyvä jps menee katsomaan jääkiekkoa.
Uima-altaan siisteys ei ollut hyvä. Altaan reunalla puluja ja altaassa niiden höyheniä.
Aamupala oli suppea.
Aamupala täti oli koominen omien pannukakkujensa kanssa.
Pienempi kahvileipä kuin hönen isovohveli olisi parempi.
Aamupala tuotteet meinasivat olla joka vaiheessa loppu.
Ekana aamuna oli hyvin paisettua pekonia.
1 aamuna kuudesta aamupala oli ok. (Ekana aamuna, pekonin ansiosta)
Hyvää, että huoneessa.oli jääkaappi ja mahdollisus valmistaa itse ruokaa.
Huoneen katossa jälkiä vesivahingosta. Huoneen ilma oli tunkkainen.
Walking distance to the arena

The staff was great. Front desk employees Cedrick and David helpful, Billy at the evening food area was polite and helpful, and Ms Tammy was helpful in several areas. Great team. Room was very clean.
My room was near the apartments across the street, loud noise at times.
The bed and temperature in the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was ok. The location was close to the doctor's office and hospital that we needed to go to for a medical procedure.
The hotel (and Booking.com's listing) was not upfront about the parking fee for the hotel, and if they were, this wasn't very obvious from the listing. With tax, it was over $41 a day. This was an unexpected cost we were slapped with when we checked in. If we'd known it was going to be that expensive, we'd have stayed in a different hotel a little further away. The food for breakfast was adequate but most hotels at this price point have better options. Here, most of the options that were available were pre-frozen/warmed up (eggs, sausage, french toast sticks). They ran out of bagels, and there weren't any pastries, and if you wanted a waffle, you had to have a hotel staff member make it for you. There was a QR code to "tip" the staff member (presumably for making your waffle). I wanted a waffle, but I would rather make it myself than feel obliged to tip someone to make it, especially after having to pay $41/day to park!
