Pros:

It was centrally located.

Cons:

On the first day, I came back to the room about 1. They hadn't go to cleaning my room and when they knocked, and I was there they just passed over. The next morning, housekeeping just just outside my door and I told them about the situation the day before and asked if they could clean the room soon. I came back at about 1 in the afternnon and they hadn't cleaned the room. I went to reception and it was basically tough luck. I pressed him and he sent house keeping and I had to wait by the pool for a half hour. I've had better experiences at a motel 6 and they were charging me $200 a night. Not worth it.

The hotel is aiming to add in some nice extra touches. More attention to details would help!
Pros:

The bed was perhaps the SOFTEST and most luxurious I've ever slept in! (And during this past month, I've been in at least 5 other hotels!) Also, the blue striped "beach towel" sized bath sheets felt VERY luxurious! It was also fun to see the various colors used in painting the room.. gray-green and light purple, for example.

Cons:

There was only one set of washcloths and hand towels for the two of us. Also, one of the night lights at the twin beds did not work.

Horrible! Don't stay here!
Pros:

The location was great and within walking distance to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Cons:

The bedding was disgusting and dirty with visual spots of stains. We told the front desk attendant, my husband asked for some blankets, and we were given the blankets with no apology for the dirty bedding. Half of the lighting was out. At check out, there was no one there, no slot to drop the key, and everyone who stayed there just literally dropped their key at the front door.

Great, quiet stay in Santa Cruz
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times and really enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, love the location!

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Parking and check-in were very easy inconvenient and staff was very friendly.
Pros:

The location was perfect and they were very comfortable rooms

Cons:

I wish they would include two full sets of towels. We had two towels and only one washcloth and one hand towel. And we were on the go so didn’t have time to have to request one.

Overall, good value for its location between Boardwalk and downtown.
Pros:

The front desk staff were helpful with changing the dirty comforter and changed the towels and took trash when we asked.

Cons:

The parking spaces were so tight, one could hardly get out of the car after parking.
