checked in around 11pm, I booked for a 2 queen bedroom , and was given a 1 queen bedroom. When i asked the desk they said 2 bedroom is fully booked that's why i got the 1BR. This is unacceptable, me and my friend haf to call other hotel rooms and move to another hotel in the middle of the night.
Room was clean
No room service, no towels in the room, not too many options on food.
nice view, the TV remote batteries were dead and we couldn't turn off the TV
I did a little gambling and forgot to cash out my ticket. so I traded you cash for a worthless piece of paper. Their was no staff at the desk to check out, and we waited around an hour just to check in.
Location was great
We were put in a room tgst was not what we booked on line.
Location
Check in line was long with only one clerk at desk. Room was cold without heat. Had to have electric heater sent to room. Couldn’t shower because room was too cold and water pressure too low.
Check in staff were excellent. The new sports bar and staff were brilliant as well. The blackjack dealers as always great fun and professional
the room I was assigned was on the 15th floor overlooking the lake but unfortunately the room is looking very tired. Dust everywhere and the very small bathroom was shocking - grubby and bits of dried grout or cement in the bath were you stand for a shower. Check out staff were just not interested in my comments about the room - might just as well been talking to a wall.
Location
No controls for heat and air in the room! They charge $2 for bottles of water left in the room. Room key did not work to get out of the parking lot. Everyone in line to get out had to use the call button to get the gate opened. They knew it was a problem so they should have opened the gates! Old room creepy decor still from when it was the Hard Rock Casino. Way too expensive for this place!
The entry light didn’t work. The heater was stuck so it got to 80 degrees in the room. I had to shut it off and open the window to 30 degree weather outside to cool the room down. The phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call to the front desk to have it fixed
