The room was very big and nice!
Nice view of Bangkok from the room and restaurant.
The food was very good.
Except that you need to be careful as Muslim as some station cooks pork

Nice hotel, but now there are many better in the same location.
Pros:

Bedrooms are large. Staff are well trained.

Cons:

Breakfast Buffets are confusing. When you figure it out they are good to very good. The hotel is showing its age though. Lifts don't quite take you to locations. One Buffet had you walking several flights of stairs to get to. The arrival area is the worst I have seen in a hotel. There is no undercover. So you risk the many Tropical Downpours.The Wi-Fi never remembers you, meaning you have to constantly log on.

Calidad-precio dudosa
Pros:

El servicio del hotel es muy atento y la habitación muy amplia. La zona tiene un mercado y puedes ir andando a la zona de CComerciales.

Cons:

El precio es bastante elevado para lo que ofrece. Estuvimos en la planta 73 y las vistas son buenas pero las rejas impiden que se vea con claridad. No salía el agua caliente. Pedimos cama de matrimonio y pusieron 2 camas individuales sin posibilidad de cambiar. La piscina parece una piscina de barrio, sin vistas y muy simplona para el hotel en el que está. El wifi se desconecta a cada rato y no llega suficiente señal por lo que hay que usar los datos del móvil. Lo dicho, un precio excesivamente elevado para la calidad que ofrece el hotel.

Excellent!
Pros:

We love the warm hospitality. The staff especially Sadassa C was very welcoming.. The breakfast was superb. I highly recommend to my friends and family who will visit thailand.
