El personal es cordial, amable y las posiblidades que ofrece el hotel ( restaurant, terraza, etc ), son buenas.

Cons:

Me gustaria poder pedir algo simple, pero recien hecho , en el desayuno. Un omelette o un simple huevo frito.

Easy and safe airport stay
Pros:

The food at the restaurant and room service is very very good Ecuadorian food. Free airport shuttle was very smooth, staff are helpful and the included breakfast had a great variety. I was running late to the airport on my way out and the staff had a safe, private and affordable taxi ready for me in less than 2 minutes.

Cons:

The wifi was spotty. It was fine for an airport layover but would not be good for working.

Three cheers for a clean room!!!
Pros:

We are three young girls sharing a room. Our room would get very messy sometimes but when we came back it was always very clean. Not just the beds but our shoes would even be lined up at the door. Anggie cleaned our room perfectly every day! We were so grateful for her! Thank you to anyone else who cleaned our room.
