Three cheers for a clean room!!!
Pros:

We are three young girls sharing a room. Our room would get very messy sometimes but when we came back it was always very clean. Not just the beds but our shoes would even be lined up at the door. Anggie cleaned our room perfectly every day! We were so grateful for her! Thank you to anyone else who cleaned our room.

Cons:

Me escribieron por vía WhatsApp a pedir que les pase los detos de la tarjeta de crédito através de ese chat (cuando la opción estaba para realizar el pago directamente en el hotel) lo que me parece un absurdo! Me querían cancelar la reserva. JAMÁS se puede pedir una información sensible así por medio de un chat, sin importar si es el número oficial del hotel o no (no existe garantías cuando es por WhatsApp). Realizaré un reclamo oficial sobre esa situación.

Loud club inside hotel- avoid if you need to sleep
Pros:

Book elsewhere- they have a club inside the hotel which plays SUPER LOUD MUSIC at night. We thought it was decent until we wanted to sleep. No consideration was given to guests who need a quiet place to rest. Very disappointed.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no option for French-style bread; only sliced ​​sandwich bread was available. Other bread options were sweet or filled. The scrambled eggs left something to be desired. There were few options for cold cuts, such as cheeses and ham.
