Beautiful well decorated hotel facing the sea
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and location with sea view and amazing sunset, very friendly and professional staff, they offered us a sparkling wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary, very good breakfast buffet and cozy bar with fireplace, definitely recommend this charming, relaxing and well decorated hotel

Perfect 'Staycation' getaway!
Pros:

We absolutely love staying at the Anchorage Hotel & Spa and make a point of visiting at least twice a year for special occasions. We live locally, so it's wonderful to have such a beautiful resort right on our doorstep for the perfect little staycation.

This visit was to celebrate our anniversary a little early, and after emailing the property beforehand, we were delighted to be welcomed with a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very special.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We also treated ourselves to the spa facilities. The massage was excellent—very relaxing and professionally delivered. While the massage itself was quite expensive, we felt the Hydro Suite was very reasonably priced and well worth experiencing.

Overall, we had another beautiful stay. The stunning location, thoughtful service, spacious accommodation, and relaxing spa experience are the reasons we keep returning year after year.

We always leave feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next staycation. It would be ideal if there were more weekend promotions for local residents.

Cons:

The only aspect that detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay was our dinner in the restaurant. A table of women seated near us were extremely loud throughout the evening, making it difficult to enjoy what should have been a relaxing dining experience. While we understand this is not the hotel's fault, the noise did impact the atmosphere. The staff were kind enough to offer us an alternative table, which we appreciated, but its position was in an open and not as 'cosy' location.

Despite this, we had another beautiful stay. The stunning location, thoughtful service, spacious accommodation, and relaxing spa experience are the reasons we keep returning year after year. We always leave feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next staycation.

Buffet breakfast was amazing and a highlight. The staff were great and accommodating, the environment is homely and the views are amazing. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay
