Some aspects were fantastic the breakfast the view were exceptional.The room was standard overpriced

Breakfast was amazing . The room wasn’t anything great . It was overpriced..The room was not serviced during our two night stay (daily service was part of what we paid for). Mould was present in the shower.We turned off the air conditioner at night but the motor or fan was still making a noise.(perhaps connected to room next door). You could hear the neighbouring doors close/slam when you were trying to sleep which was disturbing. Our key card stopped working and we had to go to reception twice.

Cons:

Room was not serviced at all. Bathroom had mould .Overpriced.Neighbours doors slamming as they closed.

Our umpteenth visit but always delivers
Pros:

This is our umpteenth visit & we love it. The level of comfort is always exceptionally high however this time we found the bed to be slightly soft & things are starting to look tired. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly & the lock on the French doors wouldn’t lock- nothing major.
The buffet breakfast as always was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.

A top spot in the bay
Pros:

Great spot excellent staff. Great position. World class. And.the breakfasts are 5star

Cons:

I would have been nice if there was an outside spa...very over priced for what you get in the room..best to wait for specials..

Pros:

Location, Xmas theme, facilities, staff were overall very friendly

Cons:

Asked to change rooms as balcony was in shade all day and was refused.
Also had to ask twice for room to be made up and on 2nd day it wasn't done

Exactly what I wanted for a family weekend away!
