Amazing stay overall!! Would come back again!
Pros:

Quiet and peaceful. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Cons:

At the end of the wharf teenagers (not guests who) who were fishing were rude and disrespectful toward guests.
Cussing and being loud. I know it was just a one time occasion but how many other times could this happen.

Food selection, pizzas would have been nice to be included for dinner.

Lovely pace for a break

everything was very nice and we hope to return

Cons:

get rid of those dreadful soap squirters attached to the wall. They cannot be economical because the product goes all over the floor and over the bottle. Take much longer in the shower, so much water is wasted too

Wish we had more than one night
Pros:

Best place in Port Stephen’s area. Beautiful clean modern rooms, great bed, excellent view of the marina. Breakfast was fantastic. Will stay there again.

Initial greet at check-in was exceptional, welcoming drink on arrival, explanation of stay eg. breakfast, room location, car park location and facilities was excellent. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

All round excellent hotel
Pros:

Super friendly staff, excellent location away from the busy area and great room with everything you need. Breakfast was also a treat. Loved how staff offered you a sparkling wine on check in, that was a nice treat especially after a long drive. I thoroughly recommend staying at The Anchorage, we will definitely be back.

Cons:

The bed was a little soft for us. Also SBS wasn’t working properly so couldn’t watch the World Cup game
