Pros:

It was a right choice on so many fronts -the repeated use of the airport bus was just great with no hotel identification needed -name of hotel and into your seat!

Cons:

There was a middle aged Pakeha receptionist whose behaviours seemed incongruent with the other staff -an hurried interaction, loud manner across the reception floor to get customer's attention
The electronic device needing my email address -don't u already have it?
A muffin's recipe on the conference second day tasted unusual!?
The room doors are real heavy with no door stop for lugguage trolley offload

Great transition point to airport if you have a rental car as you get a free Carpark
Pros:

Clean, modern hotel, good breakfast, good location,

Cons:

Card for room wasn’t activated, had to walk all the way back to reception.
Staff hardly spoke, minimum said if anything

Great location close to airport and free shuttle

Cons:

Booked 6 months in advance and had early morning flight and they put us in room right next to motorway so hardly got any sleep with traffic all night
