I paid for a late checkout, and was really disappointed that the cleaning staff came to the room every hour from 10am trying to get me to checkout. Considering I’d asked for and paid until 3 pm, I found this behaviour rude and intimidating.

Not enough vegan options to make eating at the hotel worth it but it was clean and perfect for the night.

Bar staff was unfriendly. Atmosphere more like a supermarket than a bar due to stark lighting despite dimmers being installed. Very unfriendly bar management. Certainly not tempting to get a second drink!
Great location, good size room for an overnight stay. Shuttle service works well

Convenient overnight stay before flying out. Easy parking, comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was okay. The helpful staff assisted us by allowing us to freeze a small chiller pack for medicines in their freezer. Thank you.

Proximity to airport and free shuttle. Good restaurant.
Our room was a bit cold.
Beauteful, lovely and modern place
Communications regarding which shuttle to take from the airport weren't clear, despite calling the property to arrange/confirm. Let one go and if not for the driver would have let another go and been waiting forever as thought they were sending a JetPark dedicated shuttle but apparently they use the same yellow bus shuttle as others.
