The beds & sheets & pillows so so comfy. Great shower pressure clean & tidy
Helpful check in staff. Very courteous. The free shuttle bus is a great service that runs frequently and we didn’t have to wait long at either end. On our return back to the international terminal our lovely bus driver was so helpful, including lifting all our heavy bags. The driver who picked us up from domestic terminal was also friendly. Bed very comfortable. Small room but has everything you need for an overnight stay. Didn’t eat in restaurant but menu looked extensive.
Close to airport, convenience, clean, friendly staff, great rooms
Very welcoming when checking in and provided all the information I needed. Staff were very friendly at any time I spoke with.
Airport pick up - my first time using and I didn't know where to wait. I went over to the hotel transfer area over by JetStar to find that wasn't the spot. Perhaps it could be mentioned as a note in the booking confirmation.
