Great location for overnight stay near Auckland Airport.
Pros:

Excellent for a short overnight stay when arriving at International airport. Good value restauarant and food on site.

Pros:

Excellent as always. My preferred place to stay overnight when flying out of Auckland. Comfortable, quiet room. Complimentary, reliable bus transfers.

The stay was good, we would stay again but we would not use the restaurant
Pros:

The cleanliness, comfort and location

Cons:

The restaurant, we thought it was over priced and the meals were not up to standard. I had the brisket and it was dry, the vegetables were over cooked.
My wife had a sirloin steak and it was grisly and tough, again the vegetables were over cooked and tasteless.
We had some garlic bread that was like. Cardboard

Awful, despite a nice hotel
Pros:

Well appointed , convenient location, comfy, good food.

Cons:

The TV was faulty and kept coming on even when turned off on the tv . I lost 2 hours sleep and wasted heaps of time trying to sort the issue. It was very stressful and I felt like not paying. The staff member eventually came and pulled the cord out of the TV

Convenient to airport, not a busy area, easy access and free parking

Cons:

The rooms plus all other areas such as reception, cafe, lifts, hallways looked old and dated and not maintained.

Easy and convenient.
Pros:

Easy yellow bus shuttle to and from airport made life easy. Room service menu was limited but ok. Nice showers. Breakfast starts early (5.30am) so that's good. Coffee/milk in room.

Cons:

2 bed rooms are in a different building to single bed rooms, so watch this if you need rooms close together (luckily we didn't). Air con could be better. Not great for hot sleepers.
