Fairmont Resort needs to take a trip into the country and look at they do hospitality! Take note A
Pros:

The buffett breakfast was the Fairmonts saving Grace. The staff were lovely at breakfast.

Cons:

The room was addressed to another patrons, the heater didn't work, tv remote didn't work, grout in bathroom had mould, requested a mountain side room and unfortunately didn't get this room even though there was rooms available. Additionally, despite paying for the two nights of parking upfront, the resort still attempted to charge us for parking upon leaving. Therefore, everytime we tried to leave, the boom gate wouldn't open and we had contact them everytime we wanted to exit.

Great stay, we would love to come back in summer.
Pros:

Great facilities especially when travelling with kids. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was starting to look a bit tired but having said that it was clean and comfortable.

Overall a nice hotel with great facilities.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel - nice room and comfortable beds. Pool was lovely and warm.

Cons:

Ordered a Pizza and it was half-cooked. Sent it back and it returned still not cooked properly.
There were young kids running around everywhere, climbing all over foyer furniture and very noisy.
It was overcrowded at Breakfast - some items were either cold or overcooked.

Pros:

Fantastic location with beautiful surroundings it was clean and comfy. Staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

They have so many extras for the families and children and they were all closed during the week this was super disappointing as there were so many children there whilst we were there.

Overall everything was good except a couple of activities for kids and toddlers on a weekday in bad weather.

Not enough activities for children on a weekday . Most of the facilities or activities are mainly on a weekend stay. Water pressure in showers was not good.
