Pros:

Really well maintained property. Very family friendly and a premium feel.

Pros:

We loved the pool and kids play area. Buffet breakfast in the morning

Cons:

The slide, water ride and movies were not open, only open on Saturday and sunday, kids were a little upset as they were really looking forward to it

Don't expect 5-star Fairmont
Pros:

The beds are super comfy.

Cons:

I expected a lot from Fairmont, we really splurge on this trip. We really splurge for this trip, but the facilities have not aged well. The breakfast buffet is well below average, especially considering the price for the brekky.

Location & friendly staff

Cons:

We had no towels in the room. I had to ring up & request towels. It took over 4 hours to get any towels. I had a 5 month old baby to bath. Also one of two lifts was broken & it was the only access with a pram to & from our room. It would take upto 5 mins each time we wanted to go anywhere. Given we paid over $500 for the night the value for money just wasn't there. Also there was visible mould in the bathroom.

Short holiday at this resort. We had a lot of fun here. Our kids were very happy.

It was a great location with a lot of activities.

Cons:

Most of activities are required a booking. We did not know so that we couldn’t use some of activities.

Pros:

Good place to spend a weekend with the kids.

No room attendants for the whole stay. Have to pick up towels by myself and tidy up the room by myself.
