Had a great stay overall!
Pros:

This is so good for a kids holiday. You will not run out of things to do for your kids.

Received complimentary in room consumables since we are celebrating an occasion.

Cons:

There are many areas which are under repair at the moment. Outdoor pools are unusable.

Will only give 1 start due to the two lovely staff we did encounter, otherwise would give a 0 rating. Would not recommen
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing & 2 staff members we dealt with after given wrong room were understanding.
The grounds seemed to cater for families with many fun things to do.
Moved to the room we paid for and told it was an upgrade, offered free breakfast and assured would have an understanding manager following day to speak to regarding being further compensated as we booked this place to use the pool but was after 9pm by time we were moved to correct room.

Cons:

Given wrong room with twin beds when paid for king room. The room was filthy and when looking further due to the dirty runs in the walls and doors, stained smelly carpet, we found an abundance of dead bugs under the beds.General manager aggressive when speaking regarding the issue. Decided on cancelling the organised meeting with the GM due to her aggression and will follow up via written form.
The money this room cost, there should have been none of these issues. Pictures are from the first AND second room. Beds disgusting/stained mattress and mattress protector. For a Dr who owns the establishment I was shocked beyond words.

Great resort for kids when facilities are open and available
Pros:

Breakfasts are great and so is the location. The restaurants too. There were lots of wonderful activities for the children but unfortunately the most appealing weren’t available during our stay

Cons:

The jumping castle, train ride and rainbow slide (the kids fave parts of the resort) were all closed on the main day of our stay, without explanation. There were also renovations taking place which we were told wouldn’t affect our stay but did affect the day time naps of the children in our party

great room lousy restaurants
Pros:

The room was excellent, very spacious and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the view of the mountains great.

Cons:

The restaurants were unorganised and not value for money. Also, didn't realise it was transitioning into a family fun park was pretty noisy for a retreat in the mountains.

Duur en slecht!
Pros:

De locatie in de Blue Mountains.

Cons:

Eten slecht en duur. Ontbijt een zaal vol mensen te weinig eten . Chaos. Kamer was vies. Toilet werkte niet. Roomservice niet uitvoerbaar ondanks dat men bij de receptie vertelde dat het wel open was. Is eigenlijk een speeltuin voor kinderen. Niet aan te raden voor gasten die goed en rustig een hotel willen voor veel geld.

Beautiful family friendly hotel
Pros:

So many kids activities. Our kids only wanted to stay in the resort and didn't want to venture out. So many friends to make and so many choices of holiday activities to have. Handy to have it all in one location. The room level was quiet on other nights. Breakfast every morning was wonderful for adults. Golf course had very nice food. But we discovered on last day for lunch. So many friendly staff and helpful. Buffet staff were very nice and remembered you from previous days. Love the complimentary duck for kids such a gorgeous gesture.

Cons:

The food was average. Not many healthy tasty options for kids. Pizza was very plain. Nicest meal was at embers but the kids meal had only a small amount of chicken for kids. The bolognese did not have a lot of meat in it and was watery. We paid for courtyard but didnt use it- too many moths... will purchase smaller space in future.

Not worth the price
Pros:

I was looking forward to this stay, and it isn't a cheap place to stay, so I expected a lot more than we got.

Noise was a constant problem. Children were screaming in the hallway late at night and again early in the morning, and nothing seemed to be done to manage it. On top of that, construction work started up in the morning, and the hallways had muddy footprints through them, which didn't fit the standard of the place.

The room service menu itself was quite limited, with very few options.

Between the noise, the construction and the lack of follow-through from staff, it wasn't a relaxing stay, and it certainly didn't feel like value for the price we paid. I'd think twice before booking again, at least until the construction is finished.
