La salle du petit déjeuner était affreusement bruyante , le personnel bruyant et peu attentionné ! On se serait cru dans un réfectoire ou une cantine ! Le choix du buffet est correct sans plus !! Vraiment pas d’un niveau d’un 5 étoiles !
Le restaurant Michelin 1* était vraiment moyen : très très peu dans l’assiette et que 2 desserts au choix (un déjà épuisé à 21h)
Bref : pour le prix de la chambre , tout de même FRS 780.- par nuit , on s’attend à bien bien mieux

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
