Pros:

ベルボーイなどエントランス周りのスタッフがしっかり仕事してくれている。やや聞き取りにくい英語だったけどフレンドリーさもあって好感もてました。
設備的には充分でした。ベッドはさほど広くないものの、寝心地や浴槽もあって快適に過ごせました。トイレも日本のウォシュレットトイレで快適。
また昼過ぎにホテルに着きましたが、すぐにチェックインさせてくれたのがとても助かりました。
台南からの移動ではMRTは乗り換えが必要でしたが、MRTの最寄り出口に上下ともエスカレーターがあり、エレベーターもあったのでスーツケースがあっても楽だと思います。
また宿泊後、そのまま松山空港に向かいましたが空港が近いのでタクシーで楽々アクセスできるのもよかったです。
すぐ近くにバス停があるので、バスが使えたのもよかったです。

Cons:

フロントスタッフはそつなく仕事をこなされている感じでそこまで好感なし。聞かないと説明してくれない点も今ひとつ。
アメニティは法律的に仕方ないものの、ドライヤーがへぼかったのと、タオル類が今ひとつ。

ホテルとしての格や宿泊施設は最高でした。
Pros:

設備及び施設はかなり良かった。
スタッフの対応もしっかりしていてこれまで７回の台湾の旅行で最高でした。また、台北から帰国する便が早朝だったので車の手配やbreakfast box を用意していただいてとても助かりました。

Cons:

朝食がバラエティさに欠けていたのが残念でした。これまでに４か所のホテルに宿泊をしましたが、他のホテルでは麺類を始めとする台湾らしい料理やパンの種類も豊富でバリエーションが豊だったので少し期待外れでした。

チェックイン時のトラブルが残念だった。
Pros:

ドアマンの対応がとても良かった。朝食も日本人向けだと思う。部屋も清潔だった。。

Cons:

コーヒーメーカーやポットなどは白いカルキがこびりついていて使えなかった。また日本人スタッフがいる。と記載があるが到着日には不在でデポジットの件などで意思疎通が上手くいかなかった。日本語の説明の紙を見せられたが、よくわからない内容だった。朝食付きで予約したが、朝食無しと言われて調べてもらったりとチェックイン時の対応で非常にがっかりした。
ツアーで泊まるには良いと思うが、英語や中国語が堪能でない人の個人手配はあまりおすすめできない。
