Great location - easy to get in and about the city.
Room was clean and well looked after.
Large safe, shower and bath.
Gym had everything you needed also and the sauna was a nice addition (separate male and female)
The check-in team could have been more attentive and accommodating, especially for an extended stay. I had to swap rooms and with all the luggage and equipment it would have been easier to stay in the one I had.
No hotel bar which would have been a nice addition.

The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. The Staff were very helpful, attentive & polite. The breakfast catered for all nationalities and was extremely good. The breakfast Staff were all exceptionally good, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Anja Liu - Guest Relations Manager - she recommended places to visit to us and organised our transport to the Airport when we checked out.

The bell-people/concierge were awesome. One young gentleman helped us buy movie tickets. We were grateful and tipped accordingly.
Really stiff reception staff... not so much as a "welcome" Generally overpriced and poor value. Breakfast buffet was just bad.
It is a good location because it is very closed to the massage shop which I used to go. There is also a delicious local market closed to metro station. very convinient.
The door man didn't show up when I arrived the hotel with 2 heavy luggages. It took me really a lot energy to push my 2 over 25 kg luggages to the lobby. Usually, it was standard set up for the Landis that someone assisted guest to unload luggage from taxi.
