We loved the spotlessly clean rooms, courteous staff, and convenient location of Hotel New Otani Osaka.
Pros:

The rooms at Hotel New Otani Osaka were spotlessly clean and comfortably spacious, making our stay very relaxing after long days exploring the city.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always greeting us with warm smiles and providing prompt assistance whenever needed.
Its excellent location is just a short walk from the metro station and conveniently close to Osaka Castle, perfect for easy sightseeing and commuting.

近くの施設でLiveのための宿泊でしたが、最も近く、とても楽な立地でした。もともと素敵なホテルなのでたくさんのスタッフさんもおられ接遇も問題なしです。

Japanese grandeur from back of the 2000s but up to standard with today
Pros:

I remember the new Otani very well for my time as a flight attendant with Lufthansa. So I gladly came back to this beautiful house located just off Palace Gardens in Osaka. The grand lobby, the architecture the decorations everything is on spot. Everything is beautiful. It’s just that tiny feeling set back a few decades. It’s like one of the grand five star luxury hotels back in the 2000s but extremely good maintained until today. For us it was a total luxury and we enjoyed every second of our three days stay.

Pros:

　なかなかお部屋がとれない時期にもかかわらず、当日シティ側からキャッスル側の見晴らしのいいお部屋側に、宿泊費そのままで変更していただき感謝しています。何度か宿泊させていただいておりますが、さりげない粋な計らいがいつも嬉しく感じます。もちろん、スタッフ皆さまが笑顔いっぱいで温かくおもてなしくださり、さすが一流ホテルだと歓心致します。なので、また宿泊したいとリピートしてしまうのです。
　内部全てに清潔感が漂い、いつもながら安心して来られます。また朝食ブッフェも、大変美味しく華やかで、ついついゆっくりとたくさんいただいてしまいます。来る度に新しいメニューがあり、これも楽しみの一つです。
　本当に楽しく、いつまでも心に残る思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

Lovely stay, we would stay here again.
Pros:

The location is good , its close to The Osaka Castle and a lovely park.There are two metro stations near.
Our rooms view of Osaka Castle was amazing,day and night.
There’s a Lawson right across the hotel.
It was a largeeee room, we were able to open our 4 large sized luggages side by side easily.

Cons:

if you want to go to the popular/touristy spots etc. its a little far from the hotel. It usually tooks 30-40 mins by metro to arrive to those places.
A bit outdated furniture.
