快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

1人でツインのベットを使えたので満足感100でした。

Cons:

お部屋に蛍光灯の灯りが無かったのか残念でした。けど、無くても過ごせるので大丈夫です。

Good view to the castle. Quiet neighborhood. They provided a discount voucher for breakfast.

Pros:

Close to station and 7/11 store. Nice view of Osaka Castle

Cons:

Rooms felt like 1980s (very dated). Old toilet, old ticking clock in bathroom, dated furniture. Walls thin, could here our neighbors conversation at 11pm. None of the amenities are included (pool, fitness center all high extra fees). Breakfast buffet good but also pricey crowded too.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has good variery.

Cons:

The bed that was provided for our 15-year old son was too short for him and screeching at every movement naking his sleep very uncomfortable. The airconditioning made constant noise of restarting every couple of minutes throughout the whole night and day and this botheres our sleep. The room we stayed in was rather dated and needed refurbishment. The bathroom was rather small.

Professioneel 5 sterrenhotel, maar iedere aanwezige faciliteit dient voor te worden bijbetaald.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, degelijk 5 sterrenhotel, uiterst professioneel

Cons:

Badkamer is oudbollig.
Maar vooral het bijbetalen bij het gebruik van faciliteiten was teleurstellend. Gebruik van het buitenzwembad in het hotel diende je bij te betalen, gebruik fitness: bijbetalen.

A lovely spot to bookend our short stay in Japan
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful especially to arrange a car to take a large group to Universal Studios. Location was great. Right near the station and across the road from the Osaka Castle and plenty of places to eat.

Cons:

The pool was closed when we were there and not actually free for hotel guests.

充実していて、幸せな時間でした。
Pros:

窓から正面に大阪城ホールと大阪城天守閣が望めるのが一番だとは思います。ホテルも、いろんな配慮が行き届いていて、ショップも含めて感じの良い応対をしてもらえました。
