L’emplacement. Proche des transports et à une douzaine de minutes à pied de différents restaurants. Très pratique

Comment pouvez-vous faire payer la piscine et la salle de sport aux clients qui résistent à l’hôtel. Au moment de réserver les chambres il était indiqué qu’il fallait s’inscrire à leur système de fidélité pour bénéficier de la gratuité des infrastructures. Arrivée sur place, c’était gratuit de 07 à 10h00 et 50% de reduction en dehors de ces heures. On tente de m’expliquer que le statut gold pendant mon séjour me permet d’y accéder, mais finalement non c’était pareil. J’ai donc payé un supplément pour rien. Idem pour l’exécutive lounge, rien de clair, verre de bienvenue, il fallait appeler avant. Bref trop compliqué. Avec l’ambition d’accueillir une clientèle internationale, ouvrez vous un peu. Je préfère les salles de bains modernes. Nous avions baignoire et rideau de douche. Tout ce que je déteste. Dernier point le café au petit déjeuner, trop léger à mon goût. Mettez des machines avec dosettes histoire de choisir

Struttura stupenda, molto elegante e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Comodissimo il collegamento con l’aereoporto attraverso un bus che ti prende direttamente davanti l’hotel.

Cons:

Alcuni servizi non sono accessibili gratuitamente, non è un contro ma andrebbe specificato meglio (es. Palestra, sauna). La lavanderia sarebbe comoda averla a Coin così da riuscire a gestire il tutto con tempistiche più rapide.

بجانب قلعة اوساكا ويتمركز بين الكثير من الخدمات واقرب محطة قطار تبعد 7 دقائق مشيًا
