Just fabulous!
Pros:

Everything. The staff were so helpful and polite. Fantastic room with a view of the castle. Quieter area but needed after busy day exploring. So easy to access metro JR etc to get where you needed.

GRosszügige Hotelanlage mit allerbestem Service in perfekter Lage!
Pros:

Wer den Luxus und den Komfort einer großen Bettenanlage mag, der liegt hier genau richtig! Außergewöhnlich charmantes Personal, perfekter Service und alle Annehmlichkeiten in einem Haus inklusive Parkplatz! Für mich als Tourist und Durchreisender nach vielen ursprünglichen Unterkünften genau der richtige Luxus, sich auf seinem großzügigen Zimmer auszuruhen und für viele Erlebnisse in die Stadt aufzubrechen! Die Bar und das Essen im Haus ist auch top! Also buchen!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka. The location is incredibly convenient—just a quick 6-minute walk to the train station and right next to Osaka Castle. The views of the castle from the bar were absolutely spectacular, especially in the evening.

Cons:

Facilities: The indoor swimming pool and SPA facilities were fantastic, very well-maintained, and extremely clean throughout.
Dining: Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, catering to both traditional Japanese tastes and European options.
Service: The staff were warm, professional, and exceptionally supportive from check-in to check-out.

大阪城ホールでのライブには最高の立地
Pros:

清掃が行き届いてスタッフさん達の対応も感じが良く親切でしま
窓からのロケーションも素晴らしく大阪城ホールにもとても近くて便利です

Cons:

強いて言えばタオルがゴワゴワしていました
もっとふんわりしたタオルが好みです

しあわせ空間でリフレッシュ！
Pros:

窓が大きく開放感あり部屋から大阪城が見えて、紅葉の季節や桜の季節に宿泊したいと思いました。

スタッフ、施設共に素晴らしホテルでした。
Pros:

一番はスタッフの対応の素晴らしさだと思いました。施設はどこも清潔であり、泊まっている客層も皆落ち着いた感じでストレスは感じませんでした。

Cons:

ユニットバスは個人的には嫌でした。あと隣の部屋の声が聞こえたのにはびっくりしました。部屋案内の際に景色を推されましたが、そこまでかなと個人的には感じました。

As Japan is known for small rooms & lifts, we were delighted to have a spacious room with an excellent view, looking over the Osaka Castle.

Pros:

Es increíble este hotel: la ubicación es inmejorable al lado del parque y con vista directa al castillo de Osaka; a 5 minutos caminando a dos estaciones diferentes de tren que te conectan con todos lados! Las instalaciones eran de primer nivel e incluso te dan todos los días un kit de skincare que es buenísimo. Honestamente es segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel porque es increíble. Seguro que volveré

Es desayuno es carísimo y no lo reservamos, pero al lado se encuentran muchas cafeterías y opciones con mucha onda

Pros:

Sehr schöne Aussicht, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Luxushotel. Unser Zimmer hat nicht mehr den Ansprüchen und Bewertung des Hotels entsprochen. Alter Teppichboden, Geruch war nicht angenehm. Betten nicht besonders bequem.
