Viajamos em familia. 02 adultos e 02 crianças. Gostamos do tamanho do quarto, não é muito pequeno, como muitos no Japão. Limpeza boa, café da manhã de qualidade e localização.

Cons:

Nossa maior decepção foi que o hotel pouco ajudou quando bateram no nosso carro estacionado dentro do hotel, que nos cobrou o mesmo diariamente. Tinha camera, mas nao quiseram olhar, disseram que estava longe e que era a única câmera. Perguntamos se o hotel se responsabilizaria, já que está dentro do complexo e acredito que algum tipo de seguro cubra. Não nos ajudaram, meu marido chamou a polícia, fez a reclamação, mas nada foi solucionado. Tivemos um custo extra de aproximadamente USD1000 ao retornar o carro alugado. Fica o alerta, achamos que o carro está seguro dentro do estacionamento de um hotel 5*, mas na verdade, se tivéssemos parado na rua, seria igual. Foi decepcionante.

大阪城ホール利用に便利で快適

コンサートで利用しました。大阪城ホールまで徒歩数分と非常に便利で、大阪城公園の散歩も気持ちよかったです。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧で、朝のコーヒーサービスやバスタブ付きのお部屋も嬉しいポイントでした。特に不満な点はなく快適に滞在できました。

フロントの方も　ベルボーイさんも　ドアマンも完璧な対応でした。
ありがとうございました。

コンサートの後で　足の悪い友人は　足を暖める

What an amazing surprise
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to two subway stations, making it easy to get around. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful night view of Osaka Castle from my room. The service was superb—every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. The room was also much larger than those in other hotels in Osaka. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.
