Pros:

Excellent location, fantastic view of Ferris Wheel, very comfortable room and quiet

Cons:

Included breakfast mostly Japanese food with few Western foods. Staff poor English abilities.

Pros:

観覧車が良く見えて夜の景色を楽しめた。お部屋も掃除が行き届いていたので快適だった。食事も美味しく頂けました。

Cons:

バスルームの老朽化は少し気になりました。せっかく綺麗に掃除していても、床や隅に視線がいってしまう。
喫煙所は喫煙者も綺麗に使用するべきですね。

A good stay, enjoyable
Pros:

Location was good, most of the staff were wonderful

Cons:

There is inadequate waiting facility for taking the airport bus, the TV preset stations can offer better selection, front desk can be friendlier - though I must add they were proper and professional.

ロケーションが最高でした。
今まで宿泊したホテルの中で１番良かったです。
夕食はマリーンルージュで食べたのですが、歩いて行ける距離で立地条件も良かったです。
前回はコンチネンタルホテルに宿泊したのですが、横浜ベイホテル東急の方が断然良かったです。
朝食も種類が多くて満足でした、８時以降は混雑するので８時前の方がいいと思います。

Cons:

中華街にタクシーで行ったのですが、イベントがあった為に交通量が多くて大渋滞でした。
次回はイベントが無い時に行きたいと思います。

Pros:

The room ,bathroom

Cons:

The late check in at 3 pm - had to wait 6 hours in the lobby . They asked me to pay 4000yen/ hour for early check in even though I was booked for 3 nights

The hotel’s service system does not seem to be working properly. I first called the front desk directly to request additional towels. Although a staff member answered my call, no one ever delivered the towels to my room. I then tried making the same request through the app on the in-room TV, but received no response and the towels were still not delivered. I had to make the same request twice, using two different methods, without any result. This was very disappointing and suggests that the hotel’s communication and service request systems need significant improvement.

This is hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in and yet is excellent value for money.
Pros:

We literally liked everything about this hotel. The location was so very close to everything, the staff were impecable, it was incredible value for money, all of which is very hard to find as a total package.

Cons:

We have nothing negative to say about anything to do with this hotel. We will 100% stay here again and will now explore the Tokyu chain due to how good this one example was.
