Pros:

The hospitality and warmth shown to us by every staff member at the Oberoi Cecil at Shimla was amazing. A lovely stay although short. We will certainly visit again.

Courteous staff, fast check in, neat & clean room, good toiletries, good breakfast & nice lounge.

Cons:

Pick & drop to the lifts for Mall Road should be free rather it was costly.
