An unforgettable stay!
A truly stunning hotel with impeccable service and an incredible atmosphere. Every detail was perfect, including the luxurious in-room amenities and their wonderful fragrance.
I was also upgraded to a suite - I felt like a queen! 👑

Sehr gehobenes Ambiente im historischen Stil. Sehr geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet enthielt ein Überangebot und auf meine Lebensmittelallergie wurde sehr geachtet. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Herausragend war unser sympathischer Concierge, Marco, der uns mit jeder noch so bedeutungslosen Anfrage weiterhalf. Er gestaltete unseren Aufenthalt, durch seine Herzlichkeit, noch angenehmer. Ohne diese Menschen, wie Marco, wäre das Hotel nur ein wunderschönes Haus.
Die Transportkosten zum Flughafen (50€ in bar beim Fahrer oder 60€ auf Rechnung des Hotels) sind übertrieben teuer. Zwar wurden wir sehr komfortabel in Empfang genommen und die Fahrt im luxuriösen Transportmittel war sehr angenehm, doch die Höhe steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Preis und Leistung. Auch waren wir schockiert, dass der Wäscheservice mit einer sehr hohen Rechnung zu buche schlägt. Beispiel: 10€ für ein T-Shirt! Das ist für Lateinamerika erfahrungsgemäß (auch für Peru) weit überzogen. Wir hatten eine Garten-Suite mit Terrasse, die teilweise mit einer enormen Geräuschkulisse versehen ist. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein Sportplatz, dessen Lautstärke die eigenen Gespräche auf der Terrasse übertönt. Auch starten hier schon Lautsprecherdurchsagen in den frühen Morgenstunden. Zum Glück waren die Fenster gut verglast und im Zimmer selbst war weniger zu hören.

super efficient staff, every single member of staff encountered during my stay was open and friendly, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, coffee and tea in room, restaurant food excellent - best nicoise salad ever! Flight delayed - staff managed to let me keep my room until I departed. Absoluteley deserves to be a leading hotel.

Booked a suite, but the first room is practically unusable as the entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Just waste of extra space
