Comfortable stay in a convenient location
Pros:

The location close to Lime St Station suited me very well. The room was a good size with a pleasant view, comfortable bed and enough storage space. The WiFi worked well, although I had to join the Marriot benefits scheme to access it. The choice at breakfast was very good and the yoghurt in particular was excellent.

Cons:

There were a couple of small niggles. The shower was over the bath and the side was very high to step over, making me nervous of falling. And the control is positioned in a way that means you have to reach through a jet of icy water to turn it up to the desired temperature.

My only major issue was that the bar staff (including the manager) refused to serve us a 125ml glass of wine despite the fact that the law states that all licensed premises must do so if asked, even if they don't show the option on their menu. If this is hotel policy management need to change it to comply with the law, and if it isn't, staff should be trained to respond appropriately to such requests.

Petit déjeuner excellent et beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié. Mais s'il y avait qq chose a dire c'est que la déco est un peu vieillissante et globalement je ne me suis pas sentie dans un 4 étoiles. J'ai déjà été dans des hôtels 3 étoiles avec beaucoup plus de standing et de prestations.
