Good stay and a central location
Pros:

Staff brilliant, location amazing. Clean . The food was very good. Even in peak times the staff worked hard and were very accommodating. Felt safe in the hotel. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Twice I've been here I'm always by the lift. It's very warm in the rooms . Aircon stops at 18.5 degrees so the room never cools down. Beds not the most comfortable but that could just be me.

Lovely hotel, just needs attention at breakfast - evening meal and work lunch were great

Great location, lovely evening meal and staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, went for breakfast at 9 and could tell a lot had been left out uncovered - porridge had a very thick hard coating as left in an uncovered pot and not checked/stirred. No teaspoons, empty butter tray, bread for toast uncovered and hard - when spoke to staff they were helpful - but more attention needed.

Well worth a stay

very good location and some staff very nice but ultimately the hotel management were not helpful

Cons:

Could have been more responsive to refund or even partial refund when i had to go home unexpectedly therefore
having to cancel the second day
This cost me £300 for something i never had as they charged me the full rate even though i didnt stay that day/night!
I have stayed here before but wont be going back in the future

Enjoyable stay, lovely staff and a pleasant room.
Pros:

Room was lovely, and special mention to the staff for decorating it so nicely, a lovely touch

Cons:

Couldnt open the bedroom window, apparantly it was a security and safety concern.
