Great location, clean and comfortable room
I’m not a big fan of hotels that demand a deposit when you’ve already paid £180 for your room and then take days refunding it. Breakfast was disappointing but worst was the car park, getting out of it after paying was a nightmare and took calling the hotel 3 times
Central location
Very comfortable, lovely engaging staff in the bar and on reception.
Perfect location for Liverpool museums, galleries, Lime St Station, restaurants and shopping.. all walkable.
Really good location. Near to Lime Street Station. Close to shopping centre etc. 5 mins to Cavern Quarter. Very clean rooms, beds ok, breakfast was very good and good choice.
Took about 20 mins to walk to Albert Docks so not too bad.
Parking, very limited outside of hotel. Also very expensive. The Qpark was also expensive. We did park on hotel parking, basically because we didn't want to use the multi storey.
Very central location, nice and quiet and the rooms were very clean.

All staff were polite and welcoming from the receptionist, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. The room was comfy and clean. Location was perfect for accessing the city. Food was lovely cant fault it.

Fantastic location, close to all amenities
The hotel was very nice, well presented and clean. There is a nice bar and essentials available to purchase. The location was perfect for nightlife and sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and return.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I could not fit my phone charger or hair straightener in to any plug sockets as there was no room underneath for the lead connection without bending /damaging it.
Had a great stay at the Delta Marriott Liverpool. Location is amazing right by lime street station. On arriving at reception we were assisted by the lovely Jack. He was professional, helpful and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were early checking in but we had a nice drink in the bar whilst we waited for our room to be ready. Jack cane and found us and we went straight up to our room. It was clean and everything we needed in a city stay over. The next morning we had breakfast which had everything we required and where looked after by a lovely man called Emil. Again he made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for making our weekend enjoyable.
