Welcoming, staff polite and friendly and room and facilities brilliant!
Pros:

It was easy to find. Parking was excellent. Reception was welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, tidy and quiet! Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful and polite. All in all a very good experience.

Very conveniently placed and quiet. Gym well stocked with equipment.

Cons:

Water from bath tap was running yellow with what looked like dirt or fecal matter in it. Although the staff gave me another room to shower, there didn't seem to be a lot of curiosity to investigate the problem.
