I enjoyed my time at the hotel
Everything expect the rudeness of one staff at the reception when we arrived

Hidden charges - varying room rate as booked at £154 per night for 3 nights. However, charged variable rate ranging from £154 to £250 per night plus additional car parking all hidden!!

Goed ontbijt, schone kamer en erg vriendelijk personeel
Helaas wordt er maar ééns per drie dagen roomservice uitgevoerd, verder moet je zelf om artikelen vragen zoals handdoeken. Dit valt voor de stevige prijs wel tegen.
The only negative thing I would say is that the pillows were not very comfortable for me. I woke up a few times through the night due to discomfort. Other than that the stay was nice and the hotel and facilities were at a good standard

It was clean. The water was hot. The room was in good condition other than odd mattress. Decent bath and shower. Rural view for rooms not facing car park and quiet.
Breakfast could be better if you like a cooked breakfast. The continental selection is fine other than juice is from concentrate. We didnt try dinner because ooked breakfsst didnt fill us with confidence
No EV chsrging on site and nearest ones out of order.or very slow to do a big recharge. Real nuisance that made our trip less enjoyable finding places and hsd to do a very expensive big fast charge on way back at motorway service station.to make it home.
Mattress was uneven with sinking part. We had a short stay and couldnt be bothered to move. Ditto when aircon broke. We felt another room is probably no better and aircon so noisy the fans provided instead were betterr. We booked it as never haf a bad stay in a Marriott but this was the budget line and it showed. I would pick a Travelodge over this next time.
Staff are helpful but cant do much about the experience because of resources they are given to work with.
Bibles and The Book of Mormon. I was disappointed to see the small bedisde draw cluttered up with 2 holy books. This is not Utah. I don't want religious books in my room of any religion and is a
dated practice. Apparrently Marriott has some Mormon links so I would think twice before booking with them again. I don't want to bankroll it.
