Only stay if you want an extra 50.00 on top of what you have already paid and want to pay for parking

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush . Outrageous I was charged 50.00 on my debit card for no reason. When I asked in the morning she said you should get it refunded in 7- 10 days. Daylight robbery and for this reason I would never stay again . What actually is the 50 pounds for?. Also 3.00 pounds for parking as a paying guest. RIP off

Loved it!
Pros:

Everything. It was very clean, comfortable, and I didn’t want to leave.

The noise coming from the old ac unit that wasn’t in use. I was in room 362.

Pros:

I liked that the rooms were quite big and the windows could be opened

Cons:

The hotel has no lift , poor lady at reception had to help me carry my load . I pre booked late checkout and had to cancel it and they would not refund my money back which was very disappointing? I had the right to request for a refund . The shower head is very small and not a lot of water coming out.

Pros:

Everything. Excellent friendly staff, food amazing. One of best hotels ever stayed in. Complimentary drinks for husbands birthday and great price.
