Ce d’autant plus que la réception ne nous a jamais
précisé le montant quand elle nous l’a proposé.
De plus, la chambre n’a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits..

הגרוע מכל היה יחסה של פקידת הקבלה Maeve שטענה שהחדרנית אומרת שהמזרן בסדר גמור
רק כאשר מאוחר יותר הגיע פקיד קבלה אחר ועלה לחדר,מיד אישר את טענותינו ודאג להחלפת חדר.
גם הבקשה לדבר עם מנהל נדחתה בבוז בטענה לא הגיונית שאין מנהל בסופ״ש

Besonders geschätzt haben wir den im Zimmerpreis enthaltenen Tagespass für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Lausanne – eine tolle Zusatzleistung, mit der sich die Stadt bequem erkunden lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très bonne localisation, mais attention à certains détails...
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel, au bord du lac avec des chambres vue sur le lac.
La proximité du métro pour se rendre dans le centre ville en moins de 15 minutes.
Notre chambre avait vue sur le lac, au 7eme étage, c'était magnifique !

Cons:

Les mouchoirs sales des clients précédents sous le lit : c'est honteux pour un hôtel de ce standing. Cela montre aussi que ce n'est pas forcément nettoyé sous le lit.
Le bruit d'une perceuse à 9h00 du matin : c'est désagréable lorsqu'on souhaite se reposer.
