Vriendelijk personeel, perfecte locatie. Geen ontbijt (wordt wel beweerd), geen schoonmaak.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk.
Je hebt een keukentje, dus je kunt zelf eten klaarmaken. (niet gebruikt trouwens, maar kan handig zijn)
De bedden waren heerlijk.
De locatie is perfect! Slechts 30 minuten met de bus naar het centrum van Manhattan.

Cons:

Er stond dat het inclusief ontbijt was, maar dat bleek niet het geval. Er was geen ontbijt. Je kon alleen verpakte muffins pakken; twee soorten die niet te eten waren. En één dag kon je ook een soort mueslireep/ granola bar pakken. Ook die was matig lekker. Dit noem ik geen ontbijt! We voelden ons misleid hierdoor.
Schoonmaken moest je zelf doen of er extra voor betalen, of als je er 14 dagen verblijft wordt het gedaan.
Handdoeken werden niet verschoond. Deze moest je zelf wassen denk ik? Er stonden wasmachines. Gelukkig konden wij met onze handdoeken doen, totdat we weer weggingen.

Decent for something quick overnight but not a place to stay if you’re staying multiple nights
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient spot a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Transportation is tight there.

Cons:

The pull out bed is horrible needs new mattress signs were on the door informing us water would be off May 5 luckily we checked out on the 3rd. I’m not sure how a hotel is supposed to run with no running water but hey. There’s no pool

Twice I ordered 2 beds and they gave me a sofa bed. Tried to say it comfortably slept an adult. Was 6'long and 4"thick unlevel springs. On metal bars. Maybe a child. Not a 200lb + adult. Luckily I was able to upgrade to a proper room

Violating Management - Substandard conditions
Pros:

Personally found as anti semitic and anti black. This is “personally” and otherwise Provable. Further evident by the majority of their team-ship intentionally comprised of Hispanics - under the management of an unprofessional immature insecure irresponsible one named Ashtry Gonzalez. And her own manipulative deceiving cohort manager named Channeli. (Both respectively Hispanic, fully disregardful of and indifferent to other ethnicities; even disabilities as evidenced upon our own stay.) Both Gossiping about guests rather than assisting them.

Running a run down very filthy place, where all floors’ garbages are piled up for days, and cockroaches crawling the hall walls. And mice are hiding within rooms. Mainly where smoke and (illegal) synthetic marijuana is tolerated, and strongly realized even before entering it.

Worthy of pointing out is a dishonest and disrespectful desk clerk named - Joshua.

A very respectful honest very helpful and proper front desk person named Afonso. Who should be supervisor or manager INSTEAD, and who otherwise belongs in a QUALITY establishment; where he will be appreciated By Normal. Not in a bias low class hotel, whose low class staff and managers “attract” the same. The ONLY reason for our stay length.

Pros:

Lokalizacja była bardzo cicha i spokojna. Również w samym hotelu panowała cisza, co pozytywnie wpływało na samopoczucie zarówno psychiczne, jak i fizyczne.
Dwa pokoje były dość duże i czyste. Na naszą prośbę otrzymaliśmy komplet garnków, sztućców i talerzy.
Kawa, herbata, gorąca czekolada oraz muffinki wliczone w cenę pobytu były bardzo przydatne o poranku i stanowiły miły zastrzyk pozytywnej energii, co zdecydowanie zasługuje na uznanie.
Autobus nr 320 odjeżdżał spod samego hotelu co 15 minut do Port Authority Bus Terminal (w centrum Manhattanu) - cena 5$/os. w jedną stronę.
Na koniec chciałbym podkreślić, że wszyscy pracownicy hotelu byli bardzo sympatyczni, mili, uprzejmi i bardzo pomocni – zarówno Pan serwisant, jak i Pani sprzątająca.

Cons:

Podczas mojego pobytu w hotelu najbardziej rozczarował mnie materac znajdujący się w jednoosobowej sofie. Był on bardzo niewygodny – cienki, a sprężyny wbijały się w ciało, co znacznie utrudniało sen. Aby przespać noc, byłem zmuszony zażyć tabletki nasenne. Sugeruję wymianę materaca przynajmniej w pokoju nr 227, a jeśli we wszystkich pokojach są takie same, warto rozważyć ich wymianę w całym hotelu.
Materac na łóżku podwójnym w sypialni był natomiast bardzo wygodny, co stanowiło pozytywny kontrast.
W pokoju było nieco chłodno z powodu nieszczelnych okien. Nie wiem, czy jest to charakterystyczne tylko dla tego hotelu, czy również dla innych obiektów w kraju – w Polsce okna są zazwyczaj bardziej szczelne i solidne, dzięki czemu lepiej utrzymują ciepło.
Dodatkowo przez cały pobyt nie działała suszarka. Po zgłoszeniu usterki personel zaproponował nam zmianę pokoju, co było bardzo miłe, jednak nie zdecydowaliśmy się na przeprowadzkę ze względu na lokalizację nowego pokoju na parterze oraz większy hałas dochodzący z głównej ulicy.
