Pros:

The location was good. The staff were helpful

Cons:

The elevator didn't work very well. The wifi was very poor. The breakfast was poor.

Pros:

There was mini golf course and ice cream place next door

Cons:

The room was small and very uncomfortable, outdated , the air conditioning system sounded like i was in a factory very loud, the toilet clogged , called downstairs no answer went down guy was sitting at desk , handed me a plunger in a bag , and I had to go up plunge my own toilet put said plunger back in bag and take back downstairs and hand to the guy at the front counter, very disgusting, not to mention why did I have to plunge my own toilet. , if that is the case plunger should be in evry room... also ELEVATOR WAS VERY SKETCHY AND DOOR DIDNT WORK PROPERLY, AS WELL AS no elevator certifications.

I would never return! They did not take bed bugs seriously. We have video and picture proof.
Pros:

Nothing. We left 30 mins after check in. Bed bugs in every room.

Cons:

Bed bugs everywhere. Be aware. Seems to be an ongoing problem here.

Cons:

This property cancelled my reservation at 10PM and when I arrived at 10:06, they refused to honor the price I had originally booked for. If you book here, call ahead for check-ins after 10PM. The website says nothing about this policy.

The morning breakfast was basically non-existent!! There was nothing except coffee and oatmeal,, no bagels, no cereal, no fruit, nothing!!

Ok for the value.
Pros:

Convenient access to the highway
Friendly personal

Cons:

Couch in room was so old, it was a challenge to get up from it.
No dishes in room ,had to ask for them
Television was BOLTED down to the dresser
Bed was more like a double, instead of of a queen

Our stay was nice but a little further away from the heart of Lancaster than expected.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The grounds were nicely kept.

Cons:

Didn’t like that there wasn’t any dinnerware in the kitchen , no paper towels or coffee pot. The location was not as close as expected to where we wanted to visit.
