Omni Interlocken Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Interlochen. Our room was outstanding. The food at Camper’s was excellent. All of the staff were gracious. We would definitely go again.

I love late pool hours,The restaurant, golf and a relaxing stay there.

Waking up to the most beautiful view of the mountains every morning was amazing! Evenings on the balcony were so peaceful. It was so nice to have everything so close. It was so convenient having a store and restaurant in the motel for. Pool area was beautiful. Motel attendants were all near if you needed food or drinks while enjoying the pool and hot tub.
The motel was close to so many bike trails. We just parked our bike outside the door , where they were ready for every ride. The motel has a complimentary area that they supply water bottles and protein bars . This one thing made such an impact on us. That they offer something for free! Wow . Most places feel that they have to charge for everything nowadays. Would definitely stay there again

The location is beautiful, with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. The overall atmosphere was invigorating, with lots of energy. Rooms were beautiful and top-notch clean, with nice amenities. The meeting room was bright and spacious. Just bring a jacket; it does get chilly. We could not ask for better service from scheduling and executing our event. It was a fun atmosphere.

Nice hotel with a comfortable room, but shockingly poor food service. We experienced long waits for food, dishes arriving at different times, missing items from our order, and food that was not cooked to the requested temperature. The staff lacked the training and level of polish one would expect from an establishment like this. Overall, we were very disappointed.

The pool area was great! It was close to shopping

The entire stay was phenomenal. The hotel is modern, clean, and full of amenities. It is a very easy drive to Boulder and the natural beauty of the mountains beyond. It is also convenient from the airport.

The entire staff was professional and attentive. Manager, Matthew, was exceptional, going far beyond expectations o meet our needs.

Wow! From the minute I checked in through departure, this was an excellent stay. It is clear the entire staff team from the front desk to staff you meet on the elevator or in the hallway to the restaurant truly care about making your stay amazing.

My room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfy. They provide cozy robes in the bathroom and a nice selection of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The wifi was perfect for working or streaming my favorite shows.

I ate at Shepp's and had the pizza with mushrooms and broccolini. It was delicious and could have fed two of us!

My only downside was --as a light sleeper-- was having a mountain view room that also faced a highway. I could hear slight noise from the highway (but not during the midnight hours thankfully). On the plus side, there was very little hallway noise despite a reunion and a wedding in the hotel.

I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel with beautiful facilities - I would suggest if entertaining a large wedding party then allow them to have the facilities and inform other guests prior to coming that a large wedding party will be on site all weekend.

I want to give a shout out to Mary Alico, Ideal Services Agent/Love Concierge. Mary went above and beyond her position to ensure we had the dates, rooms and amenities we needed for our daughter's 30th birthday weekend. She even went further in placing champagne and sweet treats in her room, as well as a succulent treat in our room. She also presented her with flowers when she met her in person during our stay. She should be commended and celebrated as a phenomenal ambassador for your hotel and brand. I have traveled for decades and stayed in MANY hotels of your competitors and never have crossed paths with such a person. Kudos to Mary and your Hotel for having her as a representative. Please pass along my thanks (again) and reward her in any and every appropriate way that you celebrate your employees! Special thanks to her manager Corey, and counter reps Jessica and Jake, as well as a couple others who helped us and assisted us with our needs during our stay. Final Thanks to Hotel Manager Richard Maxfield for meeting me on his normal rounds in the hotel (and I saw him many times, including handing out hors d'oeuvres to guests in the lobby). It was a pleasure to meet Richard and learn of his tenure with the Omni Hotels. He handwrote me a special thank you note and left it in my room, stating his pleasure meeting me and offering his help in anything we needed during our stay and in the future! Thanks again to all I mentioned and to all I didn't who made our stay fantastic!

OMNI NEVER FAILS! From the receptionist to the housekeeping crew, Omni is definitely deserving of diamond status. Oh and the new kids club swag is A+!
