La ubicación.

Cons:

Por el precio que hemos pagado me parece inaceptable que a un mueble le faltara un cajón, que un día tuvieramos que decirles que la papelera no se había limpiado siendo que estaba llena y se veía, el lavabo tampoco y una mesilla se le quitaba el polvo con el dedo.
No hay amenities de ningún tipo salvo 1 albornoz, bastante lamentable por cierto, siendo dos personas en la habitación.

Pros:

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée.
Emplacement idéal (150 m de Timesquare).

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner décevant.
Ventilation et régulation de la chambre pas gérable.
Pas de ventilation permanente de la salle de bain.

A really lovely stay!
Pros:

Staff were all excellent. Bed was amazing. Room was very spacious for NY.
Had to cut my Biz trip short and they accommodated me getting a refund. Super cool and kind of them.

Cons:

Room lighting was kinda dark. Also, a small water bottle in your room is not too much to ask for in 2026.
