Lovely place - would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Stayed there for 10 nights - Perfect location near Times Square and subway stops, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were lovely - special shoutout to the ones at the restaurant and breakfast was good

Cons:

Nothing as such - cooked breakfast option might have been good

Great staff, nice location. A bit overpriced.
Pros:

Great staff - professional, polite, caring. Nice location. Spacious room. Comfy bad, good shower. Decent gym and coolers with hot/cold/sparkling water on all floors.

Cons:

Valet parking is somewhat expensive. Not the hotel’s fault, but even though my room was on the 10th floor, the noise from the outside was very loud in the evening while the city was being cleaned. The toilet 🚽 in my room was dirty, not a pleasant experience for $330/night.

Great Location, Great Staff, it felt like home away from home
Pros:

I especially liked the staff. They were extremely helpful-- they knew our names and they were friendly. It felt like family. Alma and Diane adn Daniel were great- The housekeepers were also nice. Our room was lovely and I liked the bathroom especially. The room was clean and accomadating- The location couldn't have been better.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the first room wasn't the best- but when we were moved due to an over exuberant family of a graduating senior- the air conditioning in the new room was perfect. That's about it. The hotel was very nice

La gentillesse du personnel
L’emplacement

Cons:

La chambre beaucoup trop bruyante. Fenêtres non isolantes bruit constant d’une ventilation extérieure et donnant sur la route
Au 4 eme étage un mur en face de la fenêtre ce qui enlève toute luminosité et aucune vue
Fenêtres très sales mais bon avec la vue sur le mur autant fermer les rideaux
Lumières constamment allumées à mon retour alors que personne n’est dans la chambre

Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Tolles Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal, Top Lage, einzig das Frühstück war ein Reinfall. Man hat einen Essensvoucher und kann aus drei Dingen wählen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, wie schon beschrieben ist eigentlich immer das Selbe. Aber ich denke einmal das der typische Amerikaner kein Frühstücker ist.
