Pros:

La camera è davvero molto spaziosa,in quattro si riesce a stare bene. La colazione davvero notevole,si possono scegliere tre pietanze,ma quello che c'è è davvero buono,la mattina parti pronto per affrontare la città. Ogni giorno riassetto della stanza e cambio asciugamani. La posizione è fantastica,alla prima traversa di Time Square, ma tutto sommato non troppo rumore, tornassi a New York,tornerei lì.

Very very nice hotel located in Times Square which is great if you like that location
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Accommodations were mostly excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom lighting was too dim for applying makeup. There is insufficient drawer space for more than 2 people staying longer than overnight to unpack. I personally don't like staying in Times Square but my companions wanted to be near the theater.

Boutique Vibes w/ Premium Service & Great Location
Pros:

The property and the hotel room exceeded expectations. Location perfect for getting where you need to go via subway or train; 5 min walk to Times Square but not IN Times Square (winning). The ENTIRE staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our sometimes funky questions and requests, lol. Barbara and Daniel at concierge will change your plans for the better so do not miss a chance to introduce yourself and state your intentions! Bartenders will amaze as well!

The bed was extremely comfortable . the choise of two pillows was perfect. the sheets were exaclty. like I like not too. hot not to cold. the room was very spacious for four people two adults two teenagers. The service was always smiling willing to help .

Very pleasant staff, room larger than expected!
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely, especially the gentleman working the front desk upon our arrival. Room was very spacious, definitely bigger than we anticipated and a great size for NY. Cannot comment on the food/amenities as we did not utilise this but luggage storage was great, wonderful A/C throughout and the lobby always looked and smelt freshly cleaned. Location was very convenient and not noisy at all during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The A/C unit in our room was quite loud but no complaints otherwise!

Great hotel near Times Square
Pros:

Very good boutique style hotel, two steps from the Times Square but on a quiet street. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Limited bathroom amenities, but soap, conditioner and hair dryer are there. Still and sparkling water and ice dispenser I believe on every other floor.
Nice cafe/bar in the lobby. They serve decent coffee in the morning, baking goods, yogurt, juice etc. In the evening it’s a bar with a good cocktail list and sometimes even live music.
They can store your luggage before and after.

Location . Close to most of the shows we were going to

Cons:

No coffee/tea maker in the room. Went downstairs to the restaurant to get a ONE cup of tea - $5.50! Then to make it worse, gratuity was already added and I believe my total for ONE cup of hot tea was about $7.70 Seriously?!?Having no coffee or tea in the room reminds me of Las Vegas where they also do that to make guests buy overpriced Starbucks in the lobby. Makes me want to not stay there again.
