Nous avons séjourné 8 jours. L'emplacement est idéal à côté de Time Square, et proche du métro. La chambre familiale avec deux grands lits est de belle taille, literie très confortable, la salle de bain est grande avec deux vasques et une très belle grande douche. Nous avons très bien dormi. La climatisation ne nous à pas dérangé comme indiqué dans les autres commentaires. Il y a un bureau et la chambre est grande pour quatre personnes. Le personnel de l'accueil et de la réception est très agréable, très serviable et souriant.
Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas digne de cet établissement : nous sommes restés pendant 8 jours avec de la poussière sur le bureau, les tables de nuit, et le sol en parquet. Pareil pour le sol de la salle de bain pas très propre. Nous avons dû demander à la réception chaque jour une serviette complémentaire, Nous étions quatre, et seulement trois serviettes étaient déposées par le service d'entretien des chambres. 1 fois où 2 on veut bien qu'il y ait un oubli mais devoir appeler chaque jour là réception c'était désagréable.
Excellent stay! The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The location was perfect, and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
The only downside was the breakfast, which we felt was not worth the price. There were very limited options, and you could only choose three items per day, including coffee. The food choices were always the same: yogurt, fruit, muffin, and croissant. More variety and flexibility would definitely improve the breakfast experience.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem der unteren Stockwerke, welche sehr laut waren (Außengeräte der Klimaanlage vor dem Fenster)
What an incredible weekend in New York! The Muse is in a fantastic location, close to tons of great restaurants and easy Metro access. The front desk team was excellent, especially Angel, who made us feel incredibly welcome.
We were in town to see Hamilton, which is literally about a two-minute walk from the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover The Pocket, an intimate jazz venue tucked into the lower lobby of The Muse. Such a cool addition to the hotel. Coffee at Little Opus was great as well. I didn’t catch the name of the barista who helped me, but she was wonderful.
All in all, a fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location with a great team. We’ll absolutely be back!
Place is well maintained, comfortable and in great locating if you seek to be accommodated near times square. its also quite and rooms are fair in their size. its an amazing choice to my opinion
the shower faucet in my room was a loose - but my room was changed shortly after.
there is no "tea and coffee" set nor a way to heat water in the room.
Convenient and well priced.
Not the best food for breakfast. Go elsewhere.

Emplacement de l’hôtel, petit déjeuner simple (même si un peu limité avec 3 topics) mais suffisant, personnel à l’écoute et agréable. Mention spéciale à un personnel de l’accueil (je n’ai pas noté son nom) qui nous a surclassé car la ventilation et/ou climatisation de notre chambre était vraiment bruyante
