Olen olnud hotelli juba 3 korda ja väga meeldib asukoht ja toad. Kuigi täheldasin, et uue hotelli kohta toad nö. Lagunevad.

La habitación tenía fuerte olor a humedad no tenía ventanas anti ruido y se escuchaba la bulla de los autos y camiones de basura a las 4:00 am no se podía dormir y tampoco tenía buen blackout, se veía el resplandor de las luces de Times Square
The room is a good size and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are spacious and everything was very clean.
The bar in the lobby is really nice and the staff in general are very professional.
The air conditioning in our first room was quite loud but they very kindly let us change to a quieter room.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location and room was very modern. It was just very well setup and it was nice to arrive into the hotel with a fairly large foyer area and decorated beautifully. Staff were very polite and helpful.
I dont think there was anything i could have asked for more.

The location was perfect and super close to Times Square. We even found a fantastic café just around the corner from the hotel! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only minor downside was the room amenities—it would be great if they provided a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room.

The noise of the AC
I love this wonderfully friendly hotel. It is in a great, and enviable location, with amazing staff who are all helpful and always smiling. Each staff member, no matter their role at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Daniel and the other front desk staff are very, very helpful, the housekeepers for the floor we were on were smiling, and made sure our room was always clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, and that the toiletries were topped up. Security was smiling and provided umbrellas when necessary, remembering when our Airport shuttle was booked for, collecting our luggage as necessary.

Location is good
The manager and some of the people at the front desk are EXTREMELY rude. They charged the room wrong and were unable to provide an itemized receipt despite the various requests made. The manager laughed at my family and I and treated us in a very unprofessional way. Told me that he was going to email me the receipt prior to charging the card on file and never followed through with it but did make the unauthorized charge. Would not recommend staying here
