Great place!
Pros:

The room was spectacular!! Got the double room with bath and large open space. So luxurious and the bed was super comfy. The pool area is lovely and quiet. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The new changes in restaurant and menu. Not nice options. The cocktail menu is gone. It was much better before.

Location was great however a big negative is the dated room and noise from the trains. Staff were excellent.
Pros:

Location was great, short distance to the trams. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noise from the train lines even though the windows were double glazed. Our room was dated and included a shower over the bath (these should be banned given how unsafe they are).

Tremendous place, truly amazing people👌
Pros:

Elvie and Neil greeted me with the biggest smiles, their knowledge of the city is second to none. They even helped with some great ideas of places I should visit whilst in Melbourne.
The whole "Clarion" family are tremendous and make the stay extra special.

Enjoyed my stay. Easy excess to tram, 20 min walk to Southern X station.
Pros:

I asked for a quiet room and I got room 1212 . Happy with the room, quiet, comfy bed, clean, smart TV, shower room very spacious, lovely toiletries, and good water pressure. The little kitchenette was very useful to just prepare a light breakfast. The tram stop is just a short walk away on flinders street.

Would appreciate if there is free supply of bottled water
