The staff went above and beyond their roles to help me when I was having trouble checking in and navigating the carpark system.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The one-bedroom river view suite was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view over the Yarra, especially at night. The location was perfect – an easy walk to both the CBD and Southbank, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and having a kitchenette and laundry facilities made everything even more convenient. Restaurant downstairs served halal meats and was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
Clean and good size rooms
A laptop was stolen from the car when parked in the garage. When reported to staff they were unable to assist as no CCTV was on that level of car park. Nor did staff follow up or appear to be to concerned about the issue. .
Staff very friendly, got an upgrade with no extra charge, room was spotless. Will come again.
Good location for short visit to Melbourne
The pool should be with Sauna. ;)
