Location, close to trams. Large open lounge and kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Washer/dryer in kitchen. Kitchen facilities and crockery. Indoor heated pool looked nice, tho didn't use.
Needed easy to use instructions for washer/dryer. Bedroom a little small when you have luggage on the floor. If you have tall vehicle over 1.85m, ask at Reception for different access for parking as you won't fit in normal parking entrance.
The staff at the Clarion were fantastic. We were able to check in early. The room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and great water pressure. We arrived back late from a hospital appt and the kitchen was closing in 15 mins but they were so nice to make us up some takeaway food which was delicious. The staff at breakfast also went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed

It is centrally located to many attractions in the City. The staff were extremely accommodating - especially Elvie. We had initially stayed 2 nights there before traveling to Cairns for 5 days. When we came back for our 2d stay Elvie greeted me by my name without having to look on a computer screen. She also helped us get a few changes to our room type on the 2d visit even though they were completely full. The customer service made the difference.

We like the central location with easy access to trains and trams. We walk most places and the Clarion Suites are well situated.
We asked for the extra bed to be made up and it wasn't - you even sent us an email asking for sleeping configuration and failed to follow it up. The fold out lounge is VERY uncomfortable and needs updating and there were no sheets in the room. The televisions are also very outdated and could do with an upgrade.

Lovely staff!! When the staff knew it was a birthday celebration they upgraded our room which was so kind! And left us a lovely message with Tim Tams waiting in the room. Was a lovely experience!
