景观无敌，何必坐船吹冷风。服务很好，按要求给了高楼层好风景的房间。房间很大。楼下还有免费的水和水果。可以免费寄存行李。各方面都很满意。
The view is unbeatable — why bother taking a boat and braving the cold wind? The service was excellent, and they gave us a high-floor room with a great view as requested. The room was very spacious. Downstairs there was free water and fruit. Free luggage storage is available too. I was satisfied with everything.

O pequeno-almoço é ótimo, mas a escolha do hotel foi sobretudo pela vista e valeu cada cêntimo.
Talvez fosse melhor terem atenção a uma limpeza mais cuidada, sobretudo nos corredores dos quartos.
The location was very good in a more quiet neighborhood but close enough to the more tourist side across the Danube river on the Pest side.
We had an issue with housekeeping with our original room, but it was addressed promptly with management to our satisfaction.
The location of this hotel was good.
First of all, when we arrived at hotel, they said that our car won’t fit the garage they have and suggested we park it on tolled parking on the opposite side of the street where they are not responsible for its safety. So after a long day of traveling we needed to find the nearest secured parking space at 10pm. Next morning another receptionist said that we could leave our car in front of the main entrance for free and they would be responsible for its safety.
The overall clearness of our room was terrible. Also, our room was really old.
The tableware during breakfast was dirty.
Upon our arrival all staff was unfriendly and wasn’t concerned about helping us.
Overall, this hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars status.
on a été bien reçu et nous avons une très belle chambre refaite à neuf. Très belle vue sur le Danube et le côté de PEST très joli avec le pont des chaines.

Вид на Дунай, хорошие завтраки и постельное белье.
Засор в раковине и из за этого вонь на весь номер. Пришлось давать заявку чтоб пришёл слесарь. Вонь осталась даже после устранения засора, хоть и меньше. Дверь в ванную сгнила. Причем уже явно давно. Фото прикрепляю. Её нужно было поменять, но
отель видимо экономит на этом. Ковролин весь грязный в пятнах. Лифт второй не работает, об этом тут в отзывах пишут давно. Людей ожидающих его с чемоданами полно.Если б руководство отеля уважало себя и клиентов, то отремонтировали бы давно. Но они и на этом экономят видимо . Освещение в ванной тусклое и в коридорах на этажах еле видно куда идёшь. Отель старый и требует ремонта уже лет пять назад. Платить за это более 200 евро за сутки , только за вид на Дунай это недопустимо и несправедливо! Не советую никому!

Some rooms have very good views bit others maybe not so much .. lobby bar waiters should be a bit more attentive
The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the view of the Parliament building from our window was simply breathtaking. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
On the downside, only one elevator was working, so we sometimes had to wait quite a while to get up or down. Also, the rooms could definitely use a light cosmetic refresh. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return!
