The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful lobby and very kind workers. The location is great, with easy access to both the castle district as well as the chain bridge to walk over to Pest. The view from our room was truly breathtaking at sunset and at night!
A word of warning: If you have the window/door open at night with any lights on in your room, bugs will fly in!!! We did not realize this until several bugs were on our ceiling. Luckily, we were able to get them out by turning off all lights. However, it is clear that this has happened to others as well, as there were spider webs on the ceiling in some corners.

My room was magnificent, large and with windows and a view to the castle behind. It was wonderful to have so much space and a modern clean air conditioned room to come back to. The staff were fabulous and the breakfast generous and tasty. The hotel itself has a classy vibe to it and also has a bar and restaurant attached. A favourite booking and I'd stay again. A good base on the Buda side which is a bit quieter. I walked mostly. The castle area behind and uphill from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Public transport to Pest easy and affordable. There is a supermarket nearby.

-schimmelvorming in de douche
-minibar was leeg
-shampoofles/bodylotionfles niet bijgevuld
-personeel was erg gehaast, niet attent en alleen maar bezig met in-en uitchecken. Het is een hotel waar kwantiteit boven kwaliteit gaat.
-Bij aankomst in ontbijtzaal moest ik gelijk afrekenen in plaats van (zoals normaal gesproken) op rekening. Dit komt zeer klantonvriendelijk over en heeft duidelijk te maken met de 'massa'
-check-in was drie kwartier later dan 3 uur (zoals aangegeven).
-Ik had medelijden met het schoonmaakpersoneel dat ik urenlang in de hitte zag ploeteren om maar de kamers klaar te krijgen voor de nieuwe busladingen
-Het schoonmaken van de kamers voor nieuwe gasten ging voor op het schoonmaken van de kamers van gasten die meerdere nachten bleven. In mijn geval was er om 4 uur 's middags nog geen schoonmaak geweest en pas na mijn verzoek werd het schoongemaakt met als reactie dat ze eerst de kamers voor de arriverende gasten moesten klaarmaken.
Dit hotel is prima qua ligging en prachtig uitzicht. Wanneer er wordt gekozen voor kwaliteit boven het vullen van de kamers dan kan je hier een vijfsterren hotel van maken.

Funcionários muito ríspidos e mau humorados. Café da manhã não teve reposição depois de determinado momento.
Paguei pela vista do parlamento e 5 minutos depois que cheguei ao quarto as luzes do parlamento foram apagadas (deveria ter sido avisado na reserva quando ofereceram o upgrade para o quarto com a vista).
