ドナウ川側のお部屋からは国会議事堂から、くさり橋まで景色がよく見え、更に徒歩で漁夫の砦やアーチャーシュ教会にも行け、トラムや地下鉄の駅に近くて交通に便利で最高❣️空港から100Eのバス、地下鉄と乗り換えも、エスカレーターがあるので、大きなスーツケースでもアクセスが楽でした。
部屋のドアや、ドナウ川側の窓、トイレのドアの開閉がしづらかった。シャワーの水圧が弱かった。洗面台の水が溜まりやすい。クローゼットが小さい。それ以外はパーフェクトです。

Could’ve been a bit cleaner especially under the bed and in the corners and there were also cobwebs some of the walls.

Came for the view, can't beat it. You are just across their parliament.
The room cleanlyness, the carpet looked like an army with dusty boots marched on it recently. Plus had 2 "daddy long-legs" spiders with us above the bed together with old webs.

The location and the view.
The room was very dirty, there were moulds in the bathroom. The air conditioner was not working and we stayed in the first room for 3 days then got moved to another suite room which was very dirty. Found lots of moulds in the bathtub glass and where the shampoo, body cleanser and conditioner dispensers were installed. There was lots of black mould. Also in the previous room the bath had moulds on the floor. I felt very unhygienic with all this. Plus there were cobwebs in the hall in both rooms including the balconies were dirty. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim to hide the grim and dirt but it was quite visible. We had to request for fans, hand wash and body cleanser to be refilled, dustbin in the bathroom to be emptied and also request for tissue rolls. There was a major flaw from the housekeeping team. I have stayed in several resorts of 3,4 and 5 star and I would say this experience was very unpleasant, not worth the money I spent either. I had to pay an additional €420 to upgrade to a suite but the suite wasn’t 1% suitable to be called a suite. The bed was comfortable but the sofa cum bed was a disaster. Not comfortable at all.
Ein wunderbares Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage. Wir haben aufgrund freier Zimmer kostenfrei ein Update für ein Zimmer mit Donaublick (mit Parlamentsblick) erhalten. Das Frühstück war richtig toll und lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und das Fahrzeug wurde in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage untergebracht.
Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann wäre es der Teppichboden in den Zimmern, der in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Locația aproape de obiectivele turistice, micul dejun chiar dacă este același în fiecare zi. Parcarea, chiar dacă este 25€ pe noapte.
Curățenia lasă de dorit. Mocheta era cu pete. Păianjeni necurățați în exteriorul unui geam din 2. În camera a doua, canapeaua putea fi mai confortabilă.
Tolles geräumiges und modernes Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Donau und das Parlament. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Umfangreiches und ansprechendes Frühstücksangebot.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.
Miła obsługa i bardzo dobre śniadania.
Obsługa czyszczenie pokoju po sprzątaniu musiałem upominać się o mydło i papier toaletowy.
