Pros:

在多瑙河边的布达，晚餐后走出门口就能看到对岸流光溢彩的国会大厦，地理位置优越，房间也蛮大的，只是电梯没有能平路到房间的，需要上上下下地走楼梯，队伍大行李箱不太友好，早餐丰富

Cons:

电梯出来到房间最好有部份坡度，方便大行李箱的推行

LOKALIZACJA HOTELU ORAZ CUDOWNY WIDOK Z OKNA

Cons:

Brak kompetencji jednego z pracowników recepcji. Przy zameldowaniu , w trakcie wyszedł z hotelu nie przekazując innym pracownikom, że oczekujemy na pokój. Przy wymeldowaniu ten sam pracownik błędnie poinformował nas o sposobie płatności za garaż, (kartą w euro) . Niestety płatność nastąpiła w forintach i cena znacznie przekroczyła ustaloną cenę w euro.

Das Frühstück Buffet war das absolute Highlight, das Personal sehr aufmerksam, sauber und schnell.
Dafür würde ich immer wieder gerne zurück kommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Badewanne als Dusche, geht garnicht mehr ab einem gewissen Alter.
Service in der Bar Unaufmerksamkeit, haben sehr lange gewartet und mussten dann selber an die Bar gehen um nach zu bestellen.
Nicht sehr Kunden- und Geschäftsfreundlich..

Penso que o quarto que me foi atribuído não foi bem o que paguei, mas o que gostei mesmo menos foi do facto de não terem limpo o quarto num dos dias nem terem reposto as toalhas apesar do sinal para limpar estar na porta.

Location was amazing. Breakfast very good

Cons:

We booked 4 nights through booking ,com and then there was an additional night arranged as the start if a tour we were commencing. We returned to our room to find our belongings locked in our room but denied access. They already knew we had an extra night in the room, yet we had to return to reception to be given a receipt with a zero balance then have our keys recoded to get back to our room. No notice or warning. It was not acceptable.

Spectacular view, service and food
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and professional, as a lone female English traveller for the first time to Budapest this was much appreciated. The food in the bar restaurant was delicious and reasonable prices for a hotel bar for drinks also. I didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment.
The view from the bar and also my room, which I booked facing the Danube was spectacular. Bed comfortable

Cons:

The rooms are a little tired, but for the view, quality of food and service, the price point I feel is correct in comparison to other places

Wonderful stay and staff
Pros:

I highly recommend Park Plaza Budapest. The location is simply perfect — truly royal. The view of the Hungarian Parliament from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. A fantastic place to stay in Budapest!

Pros:

Frühstück war super und auch das Personal.
Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Suite würde schlecht gereinigt.
Kaffee-Tassen würde nicht gereinigt und auch der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt.
Toilettenpapier würde nicht aufgefüllt.
Ein Bademantel auf einmal verschwunden.
Spinnnudeln bei öffnen von den Fenstern
