Austin was, without a doubt, the best waiter we’ve had in a long time. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and made our entire dining experience exceptional. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, had wonderful recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish.
Outstanding service like Austin’s is rare, and he’s a huge asset to Monarch at Hotel ZaZa . I will absolutely be back and will request Austin every time. Thank you for making our evening so memorable.

Always enjoy staying at Hotel Zaza. The staff is always friendly and professional. We especially enjoy the service John Pozes gave us at breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff helpful, and our waitstaff at Monarch was fantastic. Don’t miss the trout and onion dip (not something I was expecting to love).

We would have given an excellent, but the safe battery was low when we arrived, we reported it, but it was never replaced during our stay and as we were coming and going I wound up carrying some things with me that I didn’t really want to.

Stopped in on the walk between museums and had a lovely lunch. The food was great, the patio atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. Ron was a ray of sunshine and brought the best of Houston hospitality to our day.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a weekend stay at Hotel ZaZa in Houston’s Museum District, and once again, it was a wonderful experience.

The highlights of our stay included a relaxing couples massage at ZaSpa, time by the beautiful pool and poolside bar, and a comfortable, well-appointed room. We also appreciated the complimentary local shuttle service, which made our dinner outing easy and enjoyable.

We ended our stay with breakfast at the hotel, where Ron Brown provided outstanding service. His friendly, attentive manner made for a perfect finish to our anniversary weekend.

Hotel ZaZa has become one of our favorite places to celebrate special occasions. We return almost every year because of the exceptional accommodations, amenities, and consistently outstanding service. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable boutique hotel experience in Houston.

We needed accomodations for our son’s wedding weekend for about 100 guests. Hotel Zaza Museum District was perfect! From check-in to check-out all of our guests had an amazing experience.

The pool was the perfect spot to meet as guests arrived in town and then relax and recover after the wedding. The rooms were spacious and with really comfortable beds and great ammenities. The coffee station on each floor every morning was great and the coffee was so good.

We arranged a breakfast for the groomsmen at the pool on the wedding morning which was delicious and a great way to kick off the big day. After the wedding the bar was the perfect spot to keep the party going.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our guests. Within walking distance or by using the hotel shuttle, guests had plenty to see, do and eat nearby and took full advantage.

It is the staff who really made the weekend so terrific. Everyone was friendly and eager to please. If I had to do this over again and again, I would use Hotel Zaza Museum District every time.

Had a beautiful lunch at Zaza while visiting a few museums in the area. Julia was wondering, the food was great and I loved how the space. Great for a girls day too!

My husband and I celebrated our 10th anniversary here! We opted for a walk-out pool room on the second floor. It’s the perfect location if you would like to be close to pool. Guest services representative, Connor, was amazing and ensured that our stay was enjoyable.

We dined at the Monarch where Austin was our amazing server. He was able to meet all our accommodations.

The shuttle service was a convenient way to see the local area. All of the bellman and drivers were prompt and courteous.

We had an exceptional time thanks to the efforts of all of the generous staff!
