Molto carina la struttura, camere ampie e ben arredate, buona la pulizia, ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla metro che ti collega anche all'aeroporto. Eccellente la colazione. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Letto molto comodo. Consigliato

Cons:

Abbiamo detto che c'era un problema con l'acqua che non defluiva bene dalla vasca da bagno, ma non hanno provveduto alla riparazione.
Non c'è stato il cambio asciugamani durante i 3 giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato.
Ma a parte questo, tutto ok

Will not probably stay here again.
Pros:

The place was near the train station.

Cons:

The lobby had an odd bathroom smell. We asked for an extra key card, but they said they did not have any available ones. The keycard holder also looks like it has been used for a while already. The hallways also had a weird smell. The bathroom could be cleaner, the drains also had an unpleasant smell. The beds were okay.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, da das Hotel sehr verkehrsgünstig liegt.
Pros:

Frühstück im Hotel ist möglich, haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Lage finden wir super. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man vom Hauptbahnhof in ca. 30 min im Hotel. Der S-Bahnhof Landesberger Allee ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Der Knopf zum Einstellen, ob Wasser aus Badewannenarmatur oder Duschkopf kommt, saß bombenfest und ließ sich nicht bedienen. Es kam nur wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf, das meiste lief aus dem Wasserhahn.
Das hat garantiert vor uns auch schon jemand reklamiert.
Die versprochene Reperatur am Montag wurde nicht gemacht und beim Auschecken schrieb die Dame an der Rezeption, wie schon ihr Kollege 2 Tage vorher, etwas auf einen kleinen Notizzettel, statt in eine Auftragsliste o.ä. für den Hausmeister. Wahrscheinlich werden auch die nächsten Gäste nicht richtig duschen können. Das wirkt unprofessionell.

Nur wieder dieses Hotel - trotz Lage zur Arena.

Die Lage zur Arena.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es war unsauber. Bettwäsche unsauber. Überall Staub. Badezimmer sehr klein. Duschkabine nicht dicht, so dass Wasser ins Bad läuft. Insgesamt sehr schlecht und viel zu teuer. Frühstück war ok, Geschirr auch nicht sauber.
