Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sehr saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal besonderes Herr Gökhan, ich war sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Zimmer sind gut und groß genug, und wir hatten eine super einfache einchecken und der Personal Gökhan ist sehr nett und geduldig kennt sich mit allem gut aus, wir waren oft in diesem Hotel und meistens haben wir bei ihm eingecheckt er ist immer sehr freundlich.

In manche Zimmern sind Bischen warm

Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man in Mülheim ein Konzert besucht, ich werde es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, ich habe nichts vermisst. Das Frühstück war ein Genuss, große Auswahl, gut finde ich auch die Müllvermeidung, man füllt sich z.B. Marmelade in eßbare Becherchen, es muss nicht alles mehrfach abgepackt sein.

Cons:

Dieses Mal war das Zimmer nicht ganz so gründlich geputzt, es gab noch ein paar Wollmäuschen, das fand ich aber jetzt nicht so schlimm. Was mich aber doch sehr gestört hat war, dass man die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht runterschalten konnte, es war mit 26,5 Grad einfach viel zu warm, zum Schlafen sollte es kühler sein.

Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Köln zu entdecken.

Cons:

Die (Un) Sauberkeit des Zimmer. Nicht in den Ecken oder unter dem Bett, eher Lichtschalter, Türklinken, Duschkopf, WC Bürste, TV und Fernbedienung.
