Pros:

Food was excellent and the staff especially Kanan , she made my stay very comfortable

Cons:

Property is old now need maintenance… first 2 days I wasn’t happy leak in the bathroom , but Kanan upgrade it to the new one and made me comfortable and I was very happy thanks to kanan

Pros:

Genuinely, this is one of the finest five-star properties in Ludhiana. While I’ve stayed at several other hotels in the city, none have quite matched the level of service, hospitality, and overall guest experience offered by Park Plaza. The attention to detail and consistency in service truly set it apart. Special thanks to Manjot ,Akshay and Kanan who made our stay worth visiting there again.

Impozantní stylové lobby, Skvělý personál, inteligentní čtečka karet ve výtahu...

Cons:

Nábytek na pokojích je sice stylový, ale svůj zenit má již za sebou. Nekomfortní je pak ovládání osvětlení, když na malém panelu jsou tlačítka pro ovládání 10 světel, závěsů apod. Označení jednotlivých pozic je bez brýlí a z bezprostřední blízkosti nečitelné

Pros:

Great staff service, intentionally going out of their way to please. A tribute to Indian compassionate hospitality, nothing was too difficult. To Vijay at front desk, an efficiency master. Kananpreet thank you for your ever pleasing smile, Angat, you managed to correct my dinner from a misleading menu, Preecha keep up the good work in housekeeping working solo and yet achieving clean rooms, Pantosh, you are a hidden star ! your bar needs life. Three F&B staff in the restaurant, Sauma, the little girl with the bast smile in town, and the longest serving staff in the hotel, thank you. Maintenance thank you for fixing my air con 1529 and masking taping the gap in my window so as to stop bird dust seeping into my room. Hotel rooms are tired, however I am sure there is a plan in sight. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant. Two more girls at guest relation; humble apologies for not remembering your names, thank you.
