The property was very vibrant and a cool atmosphere whilst in the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I never got to use this hotel. Our travel plans were cancelled due to a family emergency. Six months before our reservation we tried to cancel and they would not allow the cancellation. As a result we were charged for the entire multi-day, multi-room reservation and we never even entered the country much les the hotel. Very unhappy that given a six month notice no cancellation could be considered.

Our second stay here, and really enjoyed it. Location, a couple of blocks from St Pancras Station, was easily accessed via Heathrow Express, then quick walk a couple of mornings later to board the Eurostar to France.
Our room was well laid-out, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed. Insulation was excellent, very quiet.
We LOVED our view from the 14th floor looking down at St. Pancras, and out over London.
Staff incredibly helpful. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, and obviously metro/trains.
Not cheap, but we will book it again when we want something in this general area.
Otherwise, nothing!
