Great location to get around and ease with luggage to/from St Pancras. Comfortable and clean.
Starting to feel ever so slightly dated and worn
Early check in and the 12 noon check out was brilliant. Staff were fantastic. Pillows were outstanding
Some bits in the room were getting a bit shabby with chipped fixings etc. The sheets had an odd feel.
Lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Of course it's expensive but you knew that when you booked it! Lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. Very close to train platforms at the other end of the station. Shops on your doorstep. Great restaurants in the immediate area. Very classy when you see it from the outside.
I did mention a small problem to staff when checking out and basically it was ignored. An apology and acknowledgement would have been nice.
Very comfortable bed, quiet in excellent location between St Pancras and Euston.
A ramp to wheel baggage up would be preferable to the slow elevator

Easy location and friendly staff, fridge with bottled water in the room.
No ramp at entrance and didn’t once get helped with cases. Walls are paper thin so woken often by other guests and cleaning staff. High service charges added so 2 bar drinks cost over £40 and hotel generally overpriced.
