A little piece of heaven can be found at Pullman.. big rooms, massive and super comfy beds, close to the station but not too close, great staff, and vibey decor. Right on the doorstep of great restaurants and shops. I liked it here a lot!

Location was good, very near Eurostar station.
We were allocated a room next to a building playing very loud music which was playing all afternoon into the night. Asked to change room and was told the music would stop at 7.30pm, which it didn't. We asked again to change our room, finally we were allocated a quieter room. We were sent a porter by reception to help us move our luggage but all that member of staff did was knock on our door to tell us we were moving room and then she walked away, no help at all from her.

On arrival I would like to say we were greeted by Mr Singh the receptionist, but he didn't greet us. There was no warm welcome or 'Good afternoon, have you stayed with us before? No. Mr Singh muttered something about having pre paid (which we had done on the hotel's own website) and just gave us a key card. Efficient. Job done. Off you go. Not even a warm 'enjoy your stay. ' So off we trundled to our room (see pictures 😂). To be honest, should have stayed at the Premier Inn directly opposite (you know what you're getting with a Premier Inn). My tip: find somewhere else to stay.

Very pleasant room, with excellent sound proofing. Lovely shower facilities.
