Cons:

Did not mention anywhere that breakfast was not offered in room service until we arrived. Had a room with a spa bath, so while running the bath the extraction fan did not work well so left a layer of water on everything in the bathroom making the floor slippery.

Enjoyed our stay. The spa tub was amazing. Pillows were comfy. Room was spacious.
Pros:

Loved the hot spa tub. That was the main attraction for us. That there was a proper hair dryer although I never used it lol.. and tissues for make up was an awesome touch.

Cons:

We didn't like the chairs for the dining table and the outside balcony chairs were very very hard and uncomfortable. The bed was not firm enough felt like we were sinking in a bit. There was people being loud outside disturbance. Felt a bit unsafe at night. There is a large gap under the door and the cold draft was coming which didn't help even with the heater.
