Lovely view from the balcony i booked for my parents but limited in our room as the tree blocked the river view 😢

Location, secure car parking, friendly staff, quiet, close to cafe, great aircon, blockout curtains, lift, extra pillows & blankets, ironing board/iron, free wifi and good tv streaming
No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in room, car park smaller than usual, balcony door was unlocked on arrival (so happy that we checked it), shower curtain a bit short (so floor got wet)
Excellent location to Main Street & bus station. We came in late & key was in a secure place with good instructions. Room was clean & bed incredibly comfortable. Also friendly & helpful staff.

The bed was a little soft for us but otherwise okay
Very basic facilities. No clothes hangers or space in main bedroom to hang clothes. Sleeps 4 but 2 wine glasses and 2 coffee mugs. Very lacking in decent cutting knives. Not value for the money we paid per night. Location was best thing about it.
