Clean and friendly hotel, but could do with some upgrades.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

Doors were loud! Could hear people slamming the doors at all hours of the day and night. Sheets were scratchy and clearly dated. Poor shower design- floor would get soaked.

Pros:

The rooms were so spacious, appreciated the plentiful and free parking! The sheets and pillows were clean and crisp. The staff was friendly and patient.

Cons:

Two things:
There is no public place to fill water bottles. Each time we needed to refill we had to disturb the front desk attendant and they would have to unlock the breakfast room door for us. They were SOOO Friendly and didnt act like it was a problem but we felt bad bothering them all the time.
The other things was that there were no blankets, sheets or pillows for the pull out bed innthe room. We had to ask the front desk for them.

Pros:

Everything was great! The staff very accommodating, Holly was wonderful! Clean comfortable , great location can walk to Dewey beach quick drive to Rehoboth Beach

Cons:

Love this place! Just some inconsiderate guest being loud late at nite

Be careful
Pros:

It had a moldy pool area and pool was not very warm, had white foam floating on surface. You could not see your feet water was cloudy. Their hallway smelling like cat urine. They had only one person to cook breakfast and do check out. Ice machine was dirty on side like something dripping on it milk like supstance, I did not use ice.

Great Location. Nice Hotel. Superb Staff
Pros:

This is a remodeled and refurbished hotel, and they've done a good job. The exterior, the public rooms, the inside pool, the breakfast room, the lobby and the hallways, and the rooms are all well done and welcoming. The staff is superb! Anita greeted us when we arrived and was welcoming and helpful. Lindsay handled our departure, and she was a pleasure. The room was very clean and we slept well. We'd gladly stay in this hotel again. Great location. Great rates. Superb staff!

My stay was GREAT!
Pros:

The staff was great and offer upgrades without me even asking. The hotels were really clean and well kept. The pool was nice for children. Overall it was a great experience. I just want to thank everyone for being so friendly.

Cons:

It wasn't anything that I didn't like. I would just offer that the inside of the pool gets cleaned because there was black mold spotted around the sides.

My stay was amazing, the staff was great, the atmosphere was very nice the room was clean there was no noise at all the pool was clean and fun the location was perfect and the price was cheap for what they offer I had a wonderful stay and will be back.

It was decent enough for one night. Won’t be returning.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

First floor and stairwell smelled strong like cigarettes. First room had a leaky toilet. Rooms and hallway was outdated. Pool had so many chemicals in it that there was a white film across the surface. You couldn’t see the bottom. There were no lights in the pool room, and the ceiling was dripping from the humidity. None of our kids wanted to go in the pool. They are 6,8,and 9 and chose not to go in. They were very upset about this.

Decent for the price.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Especially the breakfast room and front desk staff. Pool was nice, but for "heated" it could have been a tad warmer.

Cons:

Carpet in the room felt moist and almost like a film on it. The tile in bathroom was a little slick. Maybe from a cleaner that was used? We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the place is non-smoking but it definitely had a stale smoke smell.
