It was clean and located in a convenient area. Horrible mattress and tv. Staff was very nice. I could not understand

There was a fake thermostat on the wall, there was a fake phone on the nightstand, the shower had no where to put your soap, shampoo or toiletries. The tv was horrible! Slow to connect and the only channels were news and weather channels. No tv guide. No bible or local attraction flyers. Had to walk to the desk if you needed anything. The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable.

Poor service, pitiful breakfast, but clean sheets & comfortable bed.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The tub & sink were clean.There was a small refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

The checkin was a little bumpy. I was told I could check in early, but was given a hard time about it when I arrived. I was told I had to wait until 2:30, so I sat in the lobby. She proceeded to check me in when I sat down. The toilet was not clean. The breakfast was pitiful. There were no sources of protein besides dairy. There were waffles, fruit, cereals and pastries. I guess they consider that the standard American diet though.When we got back on the 2nd night, our room smelled like a very strong chemical. They brought in another roll of toilet paper, and some towels, but didn't make the bed.

EVERYTHING! the front desk lady was rude it’s ran down smells strongly of MOLD and the front desk lady tried to charge me for 4 people to stay in one room when no other hotel does that plus it not even worth it I’ll NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
