Clean and quiet
Pros:

Only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Andover. Lots of parking spaces. Room was clean, and quiet. Nice shower, hot water in the evening and morning.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Only thing, kitchen wasn’t open. You can order online, or go out. That includes the morning. No breakfast…

Cons:

My room was 108 which is adjacent to the main door to the wing of the hotel. Anytime someone opens the door to enter or exit this part of the hotel, there is a thudding noise which went on throughout the night and my stay

The room & facilities were very good - we would stay again but hope the issues above are rectified!!
Pros:

The value for money was very good in my opinion - even though the hotel is somewhat out of town.

Cons:

At reception there was a problem with paying and the key card machine etc.....we had to wait in the sitting area for approximately 15 minutes late at night when very tired. But we understand there was a problem with the key card producing mechanism. The reception chap called his boss and this was swiftly dealt with.

On checking out there was a definite smell of 'pot' in the reception zone - this should never happen. :-(

Cons:

- В стаята беше много студено! Климатика не работи! Персоналът пуска отоплението по 1 час вечер и по 1 час сутрин! Температура в стаята не минаваше 17 градуса!
- казанчето на тоалетната не работеше
- влажността в стаята е като в пещера! Мирише на мухал и е трудно да се диша!

Pros:

The room was nice and the bathroom was fairly clean, lots of space for clothes and the bed was firm but comfy.

Cons:

There was no kitchen for any kind of food just a kettle in the room and a bar for drinks

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Shabby decor, main corridor in hotel leaking after rainfall, rusty pipework in bedroom, no breakfast provided. "Fawlty Towers" springs to mind.
