Good for price but don’t expect much. Staff very nice though.
Pros:

It was quiet, staff were friendly.

Cons:

Fan didn’t work (although the nice staff did replace quickly), air conditioning unit was there but didn’t work, bed was like concrete.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable with wafer thin mattresses. Went during a heatwave but the air con was disconnected. There were seats next to the fire exits and loads of empty cider bottles kicking about

We only went for one night, the employee was kind. The place had no AC, we only had a fan and it was too hot. The sheets

I will not visit it again.

Cons:

Was very disappointed and very dirty. when we left in the morning the cleaning lady is the clean sheets on the skate in the hallway to change them

Surprisingly nice
Pros:

The outside hides the lovely room inside

Cons:

Clean nice room with refurbished bathroom. Air con unit but sadly didn’t work on a very hot night. Didn’t complain as most Uk hotel don’t have air con and I don’t have this at home!

Take it or leave it
Pros:

The staff are very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The hotel has a restaurant, which is closed. There is no breakfast on offer and the town is approx 0.7 miles from the hotel. This is an inconvenience.
The AC is broken throughout the hotel and each room is giving a fan as a replacement. The fan is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
This makes it uncomfortable and hard to sleep.
The matress was very stained and requires replacing.
