Lovely old historic hotel. Well located.

Cons:

The staff. We waited for ages for a waiter to take our breakfast order, and eventually had to go off and find a waiter. The same thing happened at dinner: we ordered food and drink. It took a while for the food to be cooked (which wasn’t a problem), but when the food arrived we still hadn’t received our wines. We asked the food waitress to sort it out and eventually our drinks arrived half way through our meal. Not good enough!

Pros:

Freshly cooked breakfast, generous and nicely presented. The hotel has been kept in very good order and the updated spotless rooms in both parts of the hotel, made for a relaxed stay.
