The staff was very nice.
The pool ran out of towels. The hot tub had sand in it? The jets did not work. The pool was freezing. The room was clean but the sliding door lock was broken. So it did not lock which was scary! The floors were dirty and the walls had random wallpaper falling off.
I love how it’s kid friendly. The only things I could say is the room I stayed (at this time) the balcony slide door was broken and I have kids which is a big concern for me and when we go swimming they are always short on pool towels. This is my third time booking here and that’s always an issue for me.
My room wasn’t up to part like the balcony slide door was broken so it wouldn’t lock and I have kids so that was concerning for me.
Pool and hot tub were not working. When I was choosing where to stay I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. Handicapped parking was terrible. The parking spaces are very small and parking lot was oddly shaped. Pet fee was $50.00 per night for two small dogs. That added $200.00 to our stay. We had just spent the night in a much higher rated hotel and it was half that.
The staff was great, the breakfast was great and the location was great.
The room was subpar. I always check for bed bugs and I saw blood on the mattress on the sides, but no bed bugs, So that was good. But the mattress was also ripped underneath in the corners The tile in the bathroom was loose where you get out of the shower. The grout was extremely dirty, and there was stains in the carpet all over the place. The water to the shower took forever to get warm and the refrigerator froze all of our drinks and food.
Our room was very nice and clean. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub’s were not working. After driving a long way I look forward to that. The breakfast was nothing special but did the trick for us.

Super convenient location and the parking was covered! Staff was extremely helpful and informational when we arrived, and equally as friendly when we checked out.
Friends from out of town came to visit so we took them to the beach! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights here and had a great time! Evening chili at 5pm was amazing and the kids absolutely loved the breakfast and the pool.
The staff were limited but still superior! From check in to check out, we were taken care of
I had a great experience, room was very quiet, receptionist Angel was a big help showing me where to eat and where to hike. My room had a nice ocean view without being right on the ocean. Great morning breakfast too. It is right next to the "D" river, which is the shortest in tge world.
The location was perfect for everything we had planned on our trip.
Way more outdated than what the pictures online appeared. We could here every step the people above us made all night long because the floors made so much noise. The front desk seemed unphased by my complaint.
Even though it's next to the highway, it was exceptionally quiet. The room I had overlooked the ocean. The breakfast was nice, too. Across the street is Kyllo's excellent restaurant.

HOT TUB WAS BROKE DOWN
The floor was stained as we walked in as well as the bathtub. Was a little frustrated the hot tub was being serviced as that's why we chose to stay at that location and didnt know untill our arrival.

The check inn experience was great the the bed was super comfortable. The only thing that really bothered me was that there was no coffee in the buffet area and they had no Plan B. Just sorry seems to be out of order. I would think you would have a backup option for the buffet area because coffee typically goes with a breakfast.
