Überraschend negativ-
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist spekatakulär, das Zimmer hatte einen bombastischen Ausblick.

Cons:

Die garantierte Check In Zeit von 16Uhr (!!!) wurde um mehr als 1,5h verzögert und wir konnten erst gegen 18Uhr ins Zimmer. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren dann 2 von drei Betten fertig, das letzte wurde gegen 20Uhr gemacht. Die Rezepetion war haltlos überlaufen und überfordert, es fanden zur gleichen Zeit der Stockholm Fussballcup und eine religiöse Konferenz statt, wobei weder der Check out der Einen noch der check in der Anderen plus der normalen Gäste reibungslos ablief. Es gab keine Info wann mit dem CheckIn gerechnet werden kann, nach einer Stunde verlangten wir dann Getränke als Kompensation zum Warten und bekamen diese, wenn auch mit Unverständnis. Sehr sehr schade, denn das Hotel könnte ein klasse Ort in Stockholm sein.

Fairly priced for this city and location.
Pros:

Room size, cleanliness and amenities.

Cons:

The game room is a scam - for an additional 40 €/night you get a PC with no gaming options besides your own gaming accounts (Steam, EA, etc.). Even though the hotel advertised that the gaming room provides a console, none was provided. Do not choose this option, unless you want to share your credentials with everyone staying there after you.

Sijainti loistava, kun on menossa konserttiin tms. Aulatilat viihtyisät.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli järkytys, se oli toisessa rakennuksessa, epäviihtyisä paikka, hirvittävä ruuhka. Itse aamiainen, jos sitä onnistui saamaan, oli ok.
Huone oli todella vaatimaton ja vuode melkein epämukava.

Pros:

Bra beliggenhet nære T-bane, samt gode parkeringsmuligheter

Cons:

Dårlig service og renhold. Fikk behov for renhold på dag tre, og varslet resepsjonen innen fristen. Ingen renhold ble utført, måtte purre to ganger. Til slutt kom de og renset sluket som var tett og la igjen rene håndklær, men ingenting ble rengjort som vi ba om. Lite effektive og litt småsure resepsjonister, ofte lang kø for å få hjelp. Flere defekter på badet da vi kom. Hotellet bærer preg av å være et hotell for folk som er på fest/konsert. Slitent og lukter enkelte steder ubehagelig.
