Super place to stay, when visiting Stockholm.
Pros:

Very good service and friendly staff.

Cons:

It was maybe too far from the center, but subway connections and very near subway station fixed this very welll.

Cons:

Very good location, we arrived on 25.05.2026 around 16 -17, the only inconvenience was the air conditioning in room 317, which could not be turned off, said the receptionist, who was naughty and impudent (I think the Asian employee, her name starting with K.......) answering tendentiously. They don't do that with foreigners even if they come from Romania. Otherwise it was good.

could be better
Pros:

Good choice for this money.Comfy bed and easy to get in the turistic areas.

Cons:

No coffee machine,neither in rooms nor in the reception.
You can't stop the AC in the room,it's automatic from the hotel and you just have to support it,that's really annoying especially during sleep.They gave me an electric heater,I was waiting for the reception stuff to bring it into room as it would be normal,but that did not happen,I had to carry it all the way up.
The walls of the room are split with water and coffee and the curtains are dirty.

Prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal
Pros:

Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Prisvärt hotell för att vara i Stockholm. Tillgång till parkering på hotellets område till ett förmånligt pris. Stor uppdukad frukostbuffe med hjälpsam personal. Bra med sen utcheckning man hade tillgång till rummet fram till kl 12.00.

Cons:

Ett störande fläktbrus från ventilationen i rummet kontinuerligt störde lite av nattsömnen.

Trevlig personal

Cons:

Ganska medioker frukost och alldeles för varmt inomhus överlag. Jag bad om ett så tyst rum och de placerade mig nära housekeepings office, vilket gjorde att jag vaknade varje morgon av spring i den dörren och klirr av glas etc precis utanför min dörr. Dessutom vette mitt rum mot ett parkeringsgarage och en gata med mycket stökig aktivitet på nätterna.

Helpful staff, not a good hotel
Pros:

It was not in a very busy place, the beds were good, and the room was quiet and clean, and very close to Skärholmen metro sat.

Cons:

The hotel was not in a good location, very far from downtown, and there was no good restaurant around. The hotel had not room service, they didn’t clean the rooms every day and just by booking! And the room was very small.
