Unfriendly staff after their screw up. Unapologetic.

Close to the airport and restaurants

Cons:

At 7:30 in the morning, a family of 4 was trying to get into our room and woke my daughter and I up from a sound sleep! Scared the heck out of us. I opened the door and the man was in shock that the room was occupied by us. He was apologetic but it wasn’t his fault. Then 10 minutes later the front door manager that checked us in the night before asked our room number and confirmed our late checkout at noon! No apologies that he gave our room key to another family. Said everything was fine now.
I disagree! Waking up out of a deep sleep as someone is coming into your room is not a pleasant experience. Especially when it’s just a mom and daughter. A HUGE apology would have been a good start! Plenty of other hotel choices at same location. Would not recommend!
