Not too much
We reserved two room and when we got to one of them it was already occupied by other people. Has to go back to the desk and get another room
Room had a mildew smell, I was too exhausted to even complain. You can obviously see the shower has caused water damage throughout the bathroom so I am guessing where the smell came from. Common hall ways was very fresh and smell was loud, guess they were masking the smell from the room.
Cleanliness, bathroom not stocked with tissue appropriately.
Weird smell as soon as you walk into the room and the shower design is absolutely ridiculous. The shower did not have anything preventing the water from getting on the bathroom floor. In fact, it had a slope downward that made it impossible to avoid water getting on the floor, so after each shower, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. We requested more towels to clean the water and were told not to put towels on the floor, which is ridiculous because who would want to be in the bathroom when the floor is covered in water? We were told we would be able to switch rooms, but that never happened. We were just met with rude staff, empty promises and push-back. Never staying there again.
The rooms were very clean, quite,comfortable. Breakfast was good.staff was good.

The beds were VERY firm and I couldn’t sleep because I prefer a soft mattress.
