Dirty, rude lady at front desk, was locked out of my room after being gone all day had to yell and complain to get fixed they acted like it was my fault they locked me out. Sheets not charged they just made bed, bed bugs

The toilet was broken, the floor in the bathroom was sticky, the doorknob on the door into bathroom was broken. The freezer in the fridge was caked with ice. It had an odor in the room.

Don't Stay at this Hotel
Pros:

Nothing,hotel old and needs updating,for the amount paid for a one night stay it was deplorable,never again!!!

Cons:

The smell of cigarettes,the old metal beds. The dirty,filth tub that I refused to get in,just old and outdated,needs to be torn down

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life (I am 72 years old)

1. Has bedbug , that cause me a great deal of unnecessary trouble and pain. 2. The shampoo bottle is molded. 3. The toilet seat is very crooked. 4. An ill-fitting, very dirty and old TV

Lovely staff but a somewhat problematical handicap room.
Pros:

My stay was a mix. The staff were amazing! Really helpful and so, so sweet! Best staff ever! The price was pretty reasonable and the continental breakfast was quite nice! The internet speeds were great! The hotel smelled lovely, with a gentle, unobtrusive air freshener smell that didn't bother me in the least. Which is rare!. The TV was good sized and the fridge and microwave were very clean. In fact, my room was very clean in general. And the location was very helpful!

Cons:

I did have problems with my room. I stayed in a handicap accessible room with two full beds. There wasn't adquate space in my room to get my wheelchair to my bedside. I had to get into bed from the foot of the bed, which is difficult. And the shower had no sprayer wand, so bathing was very difficult as well. Additionally, my bed was made of an unsecured metal frame that scooted whenever I tried to get in or out of bed, which wasn't super safe.

If the hotel addresses the handicap room problems, future stays there would be absolutely great.

I specifically wanted to stay here because of the pool, but it was closed. I feel like that should've been listed when I was choosing a hotel.
