Best Western Shackleford

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were supposed to be in our room for 3 nights. Our room on the 2nd floor was right beside the stairwell, and since the Shackleford Best Western is located next to a Twin Peaks establishment, the noisy drunks banged up and down the stairwell all night. I understand that a hotel is not responsible for the behavior of it's guests, but the management definitely could have responded to our request for a new room for no extra cost. Instead they told us to rebook through Expedia for $20 extra a night. And I say 'bad form' Best Western management..

Clean, comfortable and quiet

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. . Staff at check-in and check out super nice. We were traveling for our grandson's ball tournament. Had a nice breakfast.

Comfy beds, clean, quiet and good breakfast! Peaceful stay. Enjoyed my time there. Beds were very comfortable and all things were in working order. I was able to park under a covered area while it was raining

There was a hole in the ceiling close to the corner over the heat and air unit. It looked like there had been a leak at some point that had dried leaving a stain and an L shaped hole. The hole had obviously been there for a while. The reception desk offered another room when I reported the hole. I had already unpacked and was getting into bed after a long, tiresome trip to LR when I saw it. I stayed in the room. Hinges on the bathroom door were very rusty. There were a lot of worn places in the room, although it seemed fairly clean. There was grunge in the well of the coffee maker water reservoir. Hotel needs repairs. Four good things: Staff was curtious and helpful. The bed was very comforable. Coffee in the breakfast room was really good! The hotel was right next door to the church where I was attending a funeral.

We have to come to Little Rock every 6 months. This makes the 3rd time we've stayed here. It's located in a very safe neighborhood,
many restaurants and shopping nearby. We called ahead to book the room this time and requested a different side of the building away from the restaurant next door, and our wishes were honored. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions. This time around, Athena is the one who checked us in. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the front door and was helpful with all of our needs. The next time we come to Little Rock, we will definitely stay here again.

I want to say thank you so much for everything. As my dad was having lung surgery at the Baptist Hospital is the reason for my stay at your facility. The lady who took my reservation check in was so very nice and polite and even added up prayers for my dad and family. Again we thank you

The room was like a small one bedroom apartment and I loved it

Great location for me, excellent service, very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good!

Location peace quiet

Very clean , very friendly ! Nicely decorated. . Reasonably priced. Would most definitely stay here again. Location was close to some shops and eating establishments. Most importantly close to the hospital we were visiting
