The facility is clean and the breakfast is good as far as hotel food goes.
What I disliked most was the lack of clear communication from the staff and the confusing billing.
I stayed at this hotel at the end of June and again in mid-August. The June stay was not charged to my card until the end of August, at the same time charges from my August stay appeared. Because I had spent the six weeks in between traveling throughout the UK and had many hotel charges, I did not notice immediately. When I called the hotel, the staff initially could not explain the charges. The accounting and delayed billing were extremely confusing.
We also had a frustrating experience regarding their dog policy. At check-in, we mentioned that we would be picking up our dog from friends the following day and bringing her to the hotel. No one told us that the hotel did not accept dogs. When we arrived with her around 7:30 p.m. the next evening, we were told dogs were not allowed and that we would be charged $150. We understood this to mean $150 for that night.
Because of that, we rearranged our travel plans. One of us left early with the dog while the other stayed behind for work. As we were leaving, another staff member told us something completely different—that service dogs were accepted and that there were currently several dogs staying at the hotel. Later, when I called about the delayed charges, I was told the $150 fee would actually have covered the entire stay. Had that been explained clearly from the beginning, we would not have needed to rearrange our plans and flights.
A clearly posted pet policy at the front desk, along with consistent information from staff, would have prevented most of this confusion.
There were also some issues with the room itself. The sink and mirror are located in the main sleeping area rather than inside the bathroom. If one person is getting ready while another is sleeping, the light shines into the room and makes that difficult. We also stayed for five days and our room was never cleaned once.

Unsere letzte Station vor dem Rückflug ab SF. Ein Hotel, das alles hat, was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns von einem langem Roadtrip und vor einem langen Rückflug nach D etwas erholt- den Pool haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt, aber wir waren im Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück war ok - leider wieder Pappgeschirr. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir durften sogar weit vor Check in einchecken !
Eigentlich nichts - die Nachbarn waren extrem laut - aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts
Stayed here en route to Yosemite - nice clean room, easy swimming pool to escape the heat, and buffet breakfast.
