Cons:

La suite que j'ai réservé n était pas disponible à notre arrivée. 1 heure plus tard on m informe qu il n ont pas ma réservation. Résultat ont à dû retourner à la maison après 3 heures de route après le spectacle. Aucune aide pour nous relocaliser aucun support ont s est foutu de nous.

La proximité du casino

Cons:

C'est inacceptable pour une chaine comme Hilton que nous n'ayons aucune tasse ou verre dans la chambre pour prendre un café ou un apéro. Même pas de verre dans la salle de bain pour se brosser les dents.

Lorsque nous avons demandé a la réception ils nous ont remis 2 petits verres en plastique et nous on mentionné que s'était ce qu'il avait de disponible.
Aucune vrai tasse ou verre en vitre.

L'extérieur de la bâtisse côté restaurant (porte d'entrée) était très salle, déchets, mauvaises herbes, vitres de la portes d'entrée ....

Décevant pour 400$

pour Hôtel un gros 9 pour le resto un 3
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse propre et un excellent confort. Par contre durant la nuit j'ai voulu fermé l'air climatisé et la manette manquait une batterie je ne pouvais pas la faire fonctionné.
Pour le petit déjeuné s' était bien mais manquais de personnelle. par contre il avait une gros groupe d,enfants.
pour le resto de soir oufffff un gros zéro je suis entrée pour souper pendant 5 minute je ne trouvais aucun employé à l'accueuil ni de menu. Après 6 minutes j,ai vu une serveuse qui était seul pour s,occuper du resto. aucun employé à l'accueuil ni au bar. vraiment je suis parti mangé ailleurs.

Cons:

J,ai eu beaucoup de mal avec le chauffage et l'air climatisé. un peu compliquer la fonction de température. j'ai jamais vu un boîte électrique complique pour ajuster la température. j'ai du l'essayer pendant 5 a 7 minutea avant de la comprendre.

La proximité des commerces et autoroutes

Cons:

Mal insonorisé.

Aucune gestion du bruit/ party dans les corridors.

Hôtel qui a l’habitude de recevoir des groupes et qui n’effectue aucune gestion des espaces communs. Le personnel n’informe pas les clients lors de la réservation qu’il y a des groupes. Très bruyant. J’ai informé plusieurs responsables de l’hôtel de la situation et rien n’a été fait. Des étudiants ont faits déborder un bain du 3e étage vers 23h00 le soir… de toute beauté 😒🤦🏻.

En résumé, sur 4 nuits, nous avons été en mesure de dormir 4 heures par nuit.

Au final, j’attends toujours le retour d’appel d’un gérant/ superviseur.

The toilet was very weak and not flushing properly. The staff couldn’t fix it during the entire stay.

L'emplacement parfait, les chambres sont très bien (identiques aux photos). Par hôtel, pour un court séjour, une ou deux nuits

Cons:

Les murs ne sont pas très bien insonorisés, on peut entendre tout le monde. Idéalement, il faudrait mettre quelque chose au bas de la porte et ajouter une machine à bruit blanc pour mieux dormir.
