Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Pour les déjeuners , il est dommage que Booking nous ait dit que ceux-ci seraient au coût de 12$ chacun . À notre arrivée à l’hôtel nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d’apprendre que ceux-ci seraient coutaient désormais 16$ . Nous étions 4 personnes pour deux chambres et cela pour deux jours , donc 8 déjeuners que nous avons dû payer 4$ de plus chacun , ce qui fait tout de même une différence de 32$ .
Habituellement nous sommes satisfait de Booking pour leur exactitude des prix mais cette fois-ci , nous avons été déçu et plutôt contrarié .

La chambre était bien

Cons:

L’extérieur du bâtiment n’est pas inspirant pour sa propreté et son entretien. Les bornes de recharge électrique pour les véhicules sont très loins de l’accueil.
Le personnel m’a informé de l’emplacement des bornes sans me préciser qu’un préposé devait venir l’activer. À minuit c’est pas joyeux de se retrouver à l’autre bout du bâtiment a essayé de charger mon véhicule et devoir appeler l’application et la réception de l’hôtel pour charger mon véhicule.

L'étage était très brillant avec des jeunes qui courrait dans le corridor et ce chamaillait et qui fêtait. De plus l'hôtel a pas reçu le paiement de booking donc j'ai été de payer une 2 ieme fois et plus cher en plus et il faut que j'appelle pour faire rembourser le paiement

Des gens criais dans le corridor et courrais jusqu’au petite heure du matin sois 2h30 am. Nous avons payer la chambre par l’application booking et le réceptionniste nous as dit que je devais repayer car booking ne leurs avais pas envoyé l’argent encore.. j’ai dû me débrouiller par moi même pour appeler la compagnie de booking pour avoir un remboursement.. très décevant

La suite que j'ai réservé n était pas disponible à notre arrivée. 1 heure plus tard on m informe qu il n ont pas ma réservation. Résultat ont à dû retourner à la maison après 3 heures de route après le spectacle. Aucune aide pour nous relocaliser aucun support ont s est foutu de nous.
