I can see the property being a nice stay away from home with more attention paid to details.
Pros:

location was very nice. 4 of the 6 staff members we encountered were really nice and cordial. 1 front desk receptionist was AWESOME and the other borderline rude and dismissive.

Cons:

detailed cleanliness of the room. I must say that I arrived early and they rushed to get me in early. With that said in terms of detailed cleanliness. things like the lamps, TV’s very dusty. Also sink and tub drains were rusty and the corners of the floors were not very clean and the dishes still had lipstick stains. I didn’t realize (my fault for not reading) that on a six day stay there is no housekeeping. With that understanding, Inwould recommend that they put brooms and dustpans in the closet for guests to tidy up small spills.

Overall the place is nice but my experience this time around was not the best.
Pros:

What I like about this place are the spacious rooms and the view of the water.

Cons:

I have been coming to this place for about 4 years. It had always been a good place to stay. My last visit was not pleasant. The staff was rude and I felt I couldn't approach them. They are usually nice and pleasant but not this time around. Its a shame that my last stay was not a good experience. I was there a little early for my check in but was told to wait until check in time due to my room not being ready, which was fine but once I got into my room we found hair in the sofa and clothes in the drawer. We were not expecting that. Since we had already been waiting for 2 hours for check in we decided to just deal with it and not approach the front desk.

Pros:

The breakfast was fine, however not as broad a choice as other extended stay hotels that offer breakfast.

El lugar ya debería,ser rempdelado. Muy deteriorado en general y se siente sucio. El ascensor piso sucio. Demasiado precio por un lugar así. Personal de recepción no es cordial.

Cons:

Prácticamente después de registrarme y ver el estado del hotel y sentirlo un habiente como sucio, empaque y me fui tipo 8pm. No pase la noche allí. Personal de recepción rudo. El carro que va al aeropuerto es de horror.

Highly recommend very good
Pros:

Wonderful hotel the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended. It’s a little more pricey, but the views the grounds everything is beautiful.

Cons:

The only thing I had any complaint about was the air-conditioning or the heater was a little loud in my room and it was close to the bed. I just turned it off at night.
