Booking was perfect, but the desk clerk almost ruined my trip
Pros:

I love the location, not far from shopping or the highway

Cons:

When I checked in I had the WORSE experience ever. I paid before arriving to the hotel several days before. I received an email saying it's time to check in. But once I arrived the desk clerk talked to me very rudely, telling me I didn't pay nor was my information I received from Booking and Marriott correct. After going back and forth in front of other guest I called Booking and they called the clerk and fixed the issue. She never tried to hear me, she talked over me saying I was wrong and I need to pay for the room. It was eventually fixed, but experience was awful.

Pros:

Loved everything about your property. I was a DOS for 12 years for a Management Company in Alaska. Marriott brands are my favorite.

Cons:

The closet door was taken off the the rails. It was open is this the new standard.

We will stay here again.
Pros:

I picked this place because Marriott Residence Hotels, specifically Suites, are perfect for my small family. The staff at this location were very friendly and helped us feel welcomed.

Cons:

Thicker blankets/duvets would be nice.

Very relaxing the staff was so helpful and it was very quiet.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The cookies every night were delicious. I appreciated the kitchen amenities in the room. The floors were so clean. Clean floors are a big deal to me.
