I liked everything about the property. It was very quiet very clean and the staff was very nice.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool and patio closed at nine it should’ve been a little later, but other than that, it was great.

The only thing was the pool hours just wished it closed a little later to give us more time but other than that, everything was great.
We were warmly welcomed by Thomas on the Front Desk, who whisked us right into the wonderful room Teven the day before helped us pick out with a last-minute phone reservation. Both gentlemen exemplified why we have almost 1,500 nights in Marriott hotels, it’s that every effort Marriott staffers always seem to demonstrate when it comes to making guests feel appreciated. Our 2-Bedroom (Queens)/2-Bath (tubs in both) Suite was spacious, with screened windows that opened for a breeze. The hotel is spotless, including the Laundry Room on Floor 2 ($3 wash/$3 dry, coins only). Adjacent is an ice machine. And don’t miss that sparkling outdoor pool and jacuzzi, which was enjoyed by everyone. The Fitness Room has free weights, machines, plenty of towels, even a scale. And about that scale: be ready to share your number because when you step off and take a few steps away, it boldly announces your weight to the whole gym. It’s hysterical! Don’t do this before breakfast, because breakfast is so good you can’t pass anything up: scrambled eggs, egg biscuit sandwiches, potatoes, sausage, Chobani yogurt, individual milk (2%) boxes, breads/bagels, oatmeal, tangerines/apples and to really tempt you, delicious sweet rolls. Clean, comfortable room. Glad to have the kitchen facilities in the room. Quiet location. Everything seemed to be in good condition.
Parking wasn't included. Nothing in policies for property ahead of time stating that parking would be an additional charge ($6/day) payable through a QR code at check-in.

Dusty room and carpet, stains on the shower curtain, hair in the tub, bad odor in the room. Opening the windows helped a bit with the smell.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Residence Inn during the Thanksgiving holiday. From the manager Adam, to the service in the kitchen from David the cook, to the maid service, it was literally a home away from home.
The breakfast was very good.
The price of a bottle of water was $6.00.
Having a great stay with family. Adam was fantastic and made us feel very welcome.
